Hands down one of the best bowls of pho ive ever had. I travel all over and try pho every where I go. This pho mean business you can tell its a family recipe that is low and slow. The brisket is insanely tender and the broth is so flavorful. I will absolutely be back!

The food was good. I had Cajun fried rice and hubby had Pho. We had ordered an appetizer, but server forgot about it. We didn’t realize until food was brought out. Food came amazingly quick. Interesting concept and we’ll probably come again.

My husband has been coming here for their pho for as long as he can remember, and once he introduced me to this place , I started comparing everyone’s pho to theirs. The pho is 10/10. Also the man who I think is the owner is super kind.

Combining cajun and pho is genius. And delicious. Happiest eating experience I’ve had in the last five years.
It’s a shame it’s so far south. If it were located in Seattle proper, the place would be packed and they’d make a killing. (Then again, I’m guessing space leasing would eat up all the profits.)

What a unique blend of Vietnamese and Cajun food! My husband loves their Cajun pho so we go here whenever the craving arises. Service is very fast when you arrive and relate your order to them but goes downhill as they don’t really check on you after they deliver your food to the table. For example, our waters ran out and we did not get a refill. But otherwise, a decent place to eat and we consistently go back.

This restaurant is amazing! Been coming here for years and their meals are not only unique but delicious! If you enjoy the exotic taste of crawfish then I highly recommend this place. I recently switched from Cajun pho to gumbo hope they come out with some new dish ideas, but the specialized taste is on point! ☝️

Delicious pho ! Better meat quality than other pho restaurants near by.

After much debate, we decided to try the chicken gizzards as an appetizer, and it ended up being the worst gizzard I’ve ever had. It had an overly thick breading and was extremely chewy – see photos.
The pho was good, but I’m giving 3 stars due to the disappointing appetizer and the service. I’d recommend taking it off the menu.

This was quite the odd experience. First off, the cajun phö was really good. I enjoy spicy food and this had an good kick. Very filling and I will probably get it again. The chicken teriyaki was not as great. Blan dish that had little sauce. We asked for a second bowl and never got it. For the phö being spicy, I was never given a refill. No music, so the atmosphere was a boring as possible. Really enjoyed my soup though.

Pho Ga, and shrimp spring rolls were good. Bun Cajun could use a bit more seasoning. They take your order at your table but you have to pay at the counter.
