My husband and I went to Tsaocaa and had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were just as great, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to answer every question we had and made sure we felt comfortable with our choices.
Everything was so well thought out, right down to the containers. The milk tea cups and packaging were amazing—very convenient, practical, and high quality, which made the experience even better. Overall, everything from the service to the presentation was outstanding. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it!

My visit to TSAOCAA in Neptune Beach was an excellent experience. The service was outstanding, and the staff prepared our order of four drinks promptly without any unnecessary wait. The team worked efficiently and demonstrated great teamwork throughout the process. I was also pleased to learn that they offer a customer rewards program, which adds even more value to the experience. Overall, the service was exceptional and made the visit very enjoyable.

The food was excellent. I ordered the potato corn dog and it was really good. The mozzarella only was good but I want to try the half and half next time. I also ordered the iced lychee melon slushy, it was super good. The flavors mix well.

The Cheese and meat korean corndog encrusted with fries, covered in mayo, sriracha, hot sauce and honey mustard was amazing! The meat and cheese are layered so you get a little bit of both each bite, which is nice. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating , I will definitely come back again
