Imagine my surprise today when I ordered two cheeseburgers with mayo, ketchup, mustard and grilled onions, and I get home to eat them only to discover one of the cheeseburgers is missing the beef patty.
The cheeseburger, or lack thereof, in question was conveniently placed at the bottom of the paper bag as well. It was a mayo, ketchup, mustard and grilled onion mess. I called them twice to complain and each time the phone goes to voicemail, which cannot receive a message because it’s full. I essentially paid $24.56 for one cheeseburger. So much for customer service, especially when the place wasn’t even busy.

I went to five guys with me and my friends. First one of my friends found a hair inside of her burger, and then my other friend found a hair in her fries. We asked the worker for a refund and explained about the hair and she told us no. The lady was really rude, even while taker our orders.

Every time I walk there stuff look at you funny even though am standing by pickup area. They won’t get it am here to pickup order for 15 minutes.

Graciela was wonderful and on top of it. I made an order online and when the website stated my payment didn’t go thru, my NFCU notification came saying I was charged for said order. I called immediately and was told sometimes it takes 5min for online ordering to process. Came to store about 30min after placing. No confirmation number, just website asking me to order again. AGAIN. I showed Graciela the notification on my phone confirming time of order and she happened to be same woman the fielded my call prior to arrival. She recreated the order onsite and 10min later, lunchtime. Thank u so much Graciela, I really thought it was gonna be a blood pressure raising ordeal and you alleviated it without the bat of an eye. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for you!! Oh, and great food too!

I dont even know where to start! But to be brief a small fries can get you full until next week!!!!!!! I have been a five guys fan since 6 years and i cant get enough! The food is cooked in front of you so you really know what you are about to eat. The place is comfy. And most importantly all toppings are FREE!!!! I LOVE IT
