I have been waiting 30 minutes for 2 hot coffees because I came inside and they serve drive through first. It is 2:30pm. Not even a rush hour. This is super rude. They also gave me one of my hot coffees as iced. I still dont have my correct order and the clock continues.

If I get coffee before work, I usually go here and have had zero issues in the past. However, my white chocolate mocha was legit half empty when I received it. I thought it get light when they handed it to me in the Drive-thru but figured that it was just my imagination. However, when I got to work, I took the lid off and found out that I only got 50% of what I paid for. Very disappointed.

I LOVE this Starbucks!! It’s my favorite one to go to. Very good service. They are always in an azing mood and great with kids! Almost never messes up my order, people asked me what I’m thankfull for this thanksgiving, I said the Starbucks over next to prairie center drive

At risk of sounding like a basic white girl….. I placed a mobile order and got to this location 12 minutes later. They hadn’t even started the drink and it was not super busy. I then stood in the store for another 15 minutes as the lackadaisical team seemed to be moseying around aimlessly. A big line of people started to back up because everybody was waiting for their drinks. They were moving so slow. There were five baristas, three of which were just standing around for 20 minutes not making drinks. Everybody in the store was looking at each other confused. When I did finally get my singular drink, it tasted terrible. Definitely not a Starbucks failure, but a total failure on the barista team that day.

Very disappointing experience. The young blonde girl said I was not allowed to have a water unless I bought a drink. I’ve been going to Starbucks for many years. I have spent thousands of my dollars there and the experience has been awesome, until now. I’m not allowed to have a water? Is she correct with this? Is this a new policy?
