Going through town and stopped by close to closing. Our server was very nice and attentive even though they were cleaning up. Our food came out quickly. It was very good. No complaints.

Stopped in on the way through town. The service was very slow. No offer to refill chips or salsa. The food was wonderful. Birria Tacos were tasty. The Grilled chicken topped with cheese came with 3 soft taco shells – also very good. Beef enchilada was very small but was flavorful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stop in here again if we find it in our route again.

Get here. Get any dish with pork. The pork chalupas are out of this world. Ive been here a dozen times over the years for both lunch and dinner. Margaritas are powerful – Get the Grande. Pictured are the chalupas, rice & beans, and extras. All ingredients are so fresh…. lettuce, tomato, guacamole…. just get here.

3.73 – Just an okay place! Nothing great, just ok. Chips were plan; nothing special. Salsa was bland and watery. Hot sauces too. Rice was room temperature and plan. Tacos were ok. The tortillas were good, but everything else about this taco needed improvement. The service was the best part of this place, and even it was just ok.

Stopped in while driving across Illinois, and very glad I did. The food was reasonably priced, and the drinks moreso. The complementary chips and salsa were some of the better I’ve had, and the chipotle chicken fajitas were amazing – I ate until it hurt. I also tried the cinnamon apple empanada, and it was okay – the pastry wasn’t very fluffy, but still tasty.

Ordered what I wanted and got a completely different order. My order cost 12$ and I gave him a 20$ bill. He never brought me back my change. Guess he thought all my change was his tip, and my order was to go ugh Didn’t even get rice or beans. Im truly disappointed

I stopped here passing through town not knowing what to expect. I am pleased to say that the food was great! The food was Hot and fresh! Staff were nice. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I highly recommend stopping in. Enjoy!

I can’t comment on the service at Los Amigos since we were there for a mid-afternoon lunch and the restaurant was nearly empty. We were treated very cordially.

The food and service is always very good. The staff is quick to get you anything you request. The servings are a good size. Their taco salad is more beef than anything, but that’s a good thing.

Love this place. I usually get the tacos Mexicanos with flour tortillas and carne asada, a side of green sauce, a side of hot sauce and a side of sour cream. Don’t forget the horchata to drink! Absolute heaven.
