Food is ok, but for $18+ for the buffet breakfast I would expect that pop would be available. I had to go downstairs to the cafe get my own. I don’t drink coffee so gotta do what I have to, but really irritating. I guess I’d be in a better mood if I had my morning caffeine.
I’m updating this in that I had returned and this time they did offer a diet Pepsi, funny thing is that they only had the diet. I suspect they are looking at their reviews and This one may have stood out.
The real problem is that they don;t want to have a real restaurant, just a buffet. It’s just not a great value. I did up my review to 2 stars (from 1) as they actually did address the initial my initial problem.

Super kind and helpful staff, the food was great, and it’s beautiful in there.

Service, there is none. Food was not that great for breakfast buffet that charges $24.99, with tax, $27, then to point to the tip line when giving the receipt to sign. Tip for….. no service. Smh. Bland tasting food, no juice, water dispenser was almost empty. Very disappointing. Not the Hyatt standard I’m used to.

For $19.99 for the breakfast buffet, I expected more. The food was extremely bland and very few options. I paid $5 more for an omelet that was overcooked and dry. I also grabbed a yogurt parfait and some snacks for lunch. The parfait was spoiled, I took it back to show it to them and the attendant said it’s just how greek yogurt was. I know what Greek yogurt tastes like and this parfait was spoiled. Refused to give me a refund, but strongly suggested that I pick another one or something else, in which i declined because I was served spoiled food and offered another one from the same batch

Price isn’t bad for the buffet considering the other options in the connected buildings. The food was very fresh! Salad was delicious but the “fajita chicken” was dry as hell 🙁
Seasoning was weak too, but I suppose that’s unavoidable with a buffet.
Overall, solid 3.5/5. Would eat here again for the salad bar at least lol

Food is ok but way overpriced, especially after you’re overpaying to stay at the hotel. Should definitely offer a discount to people staying at hotel. Breakfast buffet is $20 per person. Lunch isn’t any better. $18 for a burger and fries. No drink

I ate here twice. The first was for lunch, and thought the service was great as well as the food (had the open faced salmon sandwich). I then went back for dinner, had the buffet; as far as buffet food goes, I thought it was above standard with fresh ingredients to choose from.
