My first time at this restaurant was truly memorable, the perfect way to celebrate my grandmother’s birthday. The food was delicious; the salad was fresh, and every flavor was well balanced without being overwhelming. You could truly feel the difference of a fine-dining experience.
The service was outstanding. Every staff member made us feel comfortable and was incredibly attentive. We left very happy, and it has definitely become my new favorite place.

The tree room has been one of my favorite fine dining places! While spendy it meets the price for what you are getting. We had so many of the dishes off the menu and all of them were spectacular!
My favorite of all my courses was the Waygu Cheek with risotto. Such a beautiful flavor and it was so tender and perfect. I was melting in my seat. My significant other had gotten the elk and it was cooked perfectly to his liking. The huckleberry gaustrique on the elk was the cherry on top, making the whole dish come together. He even stated he could just drink it!
I HIGHLY recommend the tree room to all my friends and I highly suggest you come try this whole menu! It made my birthday the best one I have ever had!

Our server Chloe were absolutely incredibly. She was very welcoming and attentive! All of the other servers including the hostess, the bartender who personally brought us our drinks, and the men who served the rack of lamb were top notch. The overall experience was one of the best we have experienced at a restaurant. So glad my wife and I chose this as our anniversary spot and we see it becoming an annual tradition if not a more frequent stop on our date nights.

Incredible atmosphere, warm and welcoming staff. We knew we were in the presence of great artists when the food arrived. Exquisitely plated and every morsel was a delightful and memorable experience. Our new favorite. The thought and care that went into every detail of this restaurant was deeply appreciated. Thank you!

We’ve always eaten at Foundry when visiting Sundance, but not any longer. Tree room was a special experience. We were celebrating my mother in laws birthday. Our lead waiter, Brent, went above and beyond coordinating with the kitchen to ensure she got nice little surprises throughout. They even worked with me to “plate” our wrapped gift. But it was the team approach to service that was most impressive – everything was perfectly timed and delivered.
The food itself was spectacular. I struggle with the quality of fine dining in Utah, so it was a wonderful surprise to have such high quality dishes, from flavor to plating.
Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable evening.

Was excited to eat here, there was only two things that I that was actually good. The chutney was done very well and the cracker bread. All the rest of the food was very inconsistent me and my husband both ordered the pepper steak that they claimed their famous for. We both ordered it the exact same way and we got two totally different results. They told us it was a filet mignon, but you could tell it wasn’t. The meat quality was very low, my husband’s came out beyond dried out worse than roast beef. Mine was almost cooked to perfection but the taste was definitely not there due to the low quality of meat. Also we do not drink and it seems like all they have is alcohol or water. If they do have another non-alcoholic drink they definitely did not offer it to us. The decor is beautiful, the waiters were awesome, but the cooking stuff and the chef are very lacking. Will not be going back again very disappointed and I know Robert Redford would be very disappointed in what you guys did to his steak.

The most expensive dinner me and my wife have ever had, but it was a fun time nonetheless. Probably won’t do it again because we spent $200 there, It was fun to do a fine dining full course meal. The steak I had was definitely the best steak I ever had, and the mocktails were very refreshing. Everything was delicious though, the only thing that wasn’t a perfect five was the Thai green curry and seafood bisque, My only complaint being that it was not nearly enough green curry in it to even taste it and it was mostly just a seafood bisque. The atmosphere was absolutely incredible, probably the most notable difference between a fine dining experience and anything else. The service was also really good, but we thought we would have more frequent table visits with how little people were there. Had to wait a while for a service to come back to our table. Overall though, it was a fun time and I’m glad we did it, even if we can’t afford to go back again.

The food here truly is delicious! It is obvious that the meats are high quality. However, this also means that this place is pretty expensive (expect to pay at least $200 for 2 people). They also have a vegetarian entree item that is highly recommended (unfortunately I did not try it, so I cannot give my review on it).
They even give you the pretties chocolates after for everyone in your group as a parting gift!
What we ordered:
* Fig goat cheese salad
* Pork Belly
* King salmon
* Steak
* Elk
* Chocolate Toffee Cake
* Plum dessert
