Ordered butter chicken, roti, biryani, and beef shawarma,
We enjoyed the butter chicken and roti the most.
The biryani wasn’t too spicy and there was a good amount of mutton in it; it was a little salty but paired well with the butter chicken.
Beef shawarma was just fine, I personally wouldn’t order that one again.

Ordered Chicken Karahi. Thinking it will contain chicken. I brought it to my truck. The karahi is just karhi with shorba with no chicken. This is disgrace to the chicken karahi also. He put the boneless chicken after and then he was saying that chicken is there. Bad service. I can say that he knows how to make naans. See pic. Chicken karahi is not cooked like this. This is a scam.

Second time I’ve been here and both times have been amazing. The food here is awesome! I’ve never had this type of food before but I think I’ll start eating it more often. Don’t knock it until you try it!
I recommend the mutton korma with with rice and also add NAAN
It’s SPICY! They will cook it to your specifications from level 1 through 10 on the heat but even at number two it Will still clear your sinuses lol highly recommend

Came in for a late breakfast on a layover. Menu has a large selection of Pakistani and Canadian food. Wasn’t what I expected. We were the only people in the restaurant. Scrambled eggs were fried eggs chopped up. Beef sausage was deep fried. Mac n Cheese was kraft dinner in a bowl for 10 bucks. Pancakes were quite tasty. Chicken fajita was good. Fries were ok. Ordered coffee and it came out cold so they microwaved it and brought it back. Didn’t bring the coffee when we sat but just before the meal so no option for refills. Was colored water with almost no coffee flavour. We were warned it would be 30 minutes for our meal and it was which is fine but no coffee? For $2.99 it should be good coffee and hot. After our meal was brought out there was no checking on us. Not good service. I hate leaving negative reviews but this wasn’t a good experience.

Absolutely excellent food! I’m in Fort Erie and happened to stop here since it’s super close to my work location. I have nothing bad to say. I ordered the chicken shawarma and the butter chicken! Omg, they were both delicious. Of course I couldn’t finish them but I didn’t expect to. The owner was also very personable and friendly. I read someone who said the weren’t the most friendly and there was no one at the front to help, but that was not my experience.

Very good food, good service, and I like the dining area. I would prefer they didn’t do that tipping icon thing because how am I supposed to show gratitude for something I haven’t received yet? Any professional restaurant nowadays puts the tipping on the receipt where you circle the percentage you feel they deserve. I only tip in cash now and when I comeback and it’s just as good I will leave one.

Loved our experience ordering from Tabaq! We picked up our order and met Mr. Khan who gave us a tour of this hidden gem at a truck stop in Niagara and told us about the new items that aren’t yet on his menu. The Toronto star and truckers magazine both covered this restaurant and had great things to say. We loved the mutton vindaloo, tandoori chicken, chicken biryani, chana masala, aloo bhaji and beef kabab! We will return!!

Fries crispy outside tender inside, look good mean clean oil. I’ve choose the fajitas,chicken pretty good of course, fresh crunchy vegetables ,but it could be more spicy or have the choice to have a spicy twist to it.
