honestly insane how poorly staff listens to customers. mistakes are never corrected and for a coffee place that relies on machines to measure out espresso/milk/sugar etc. there’s no reason why a latte should be as poorly made as this one was today. one barista to another a latte should never come up this dark!!

I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but after several months of just nonstop issues forming here. I just wanna state that the communication inside the place is absolutely horrible. I don’t know if there’s people in there that don’t wanna do their jobs or if there’s language barriers that are creating problems. But this Duncan absolutely cannot handle orders above $30.00. Unless there’s only a few basic items, your order is going to get butchered. Can’t even get a quick meal for the family without it being messed up and then not even fully warmed. I ordered something very simple every time bacon avocado toast, and they always forget the bacon and we always have to stop what we’re doing and tell them to put it on. The basic sandwiches get screwed up and not even given the correct meals. Quite honestly, we are done coming here and spending our money because those that are in the store. Do not know how to run that facility whatsoever.

How is it every time no matter if you order through the drive through, in store or online the food is cool. Not even lukewarm. Getting a drink is super hit or miss of whether it will be made correctly. I will say the staff is helpful if you do need something but overall this is the worst dunkin around. Will I stop going? Probably not.

they served me moldy orange juice. top of the cap had a green ball of what i’m assuming is mold. aswell as false advertisement with donut shapes. very mediocre. first impression of this place, it should be shut down. not a single review i’ve seen was above 2 stars.

Go in knowing what you want cause they want to take your order when U first walk in standing in middle of dining room, I moved up to the counter to order and I was left to stand there after 15 minutes I left to find food elsewhere. And NOT McD eather Woodstock has very few choices

I often order from this location and every time without a doubt when I stand by the pick up section for my online order you get ignored. They never put out the online order they just sit behind the counter. Like if you going to keep the orders at least acknowledge people who are picking up. I will say my order is always done quickly and haven’t really had a bad drink but the customer service is something else.
