Probably the cleanest and nicest Taco Bell I’ve eaten at. Food was absolutely amazing. Warm and fresh and handled my picky minus this and plus that order without getting anything wrong. The young lady at the window was super friendly and had a great attitude. Not a hundred percent positive but I believe her name was either Bella or just Bell. Drive thru moved very quickly even with about five cars in front of me. Very pleased

God forbid you ask for sauce you added to your order and ask for them. Can’t even hand you drinks without spilling them. Save yourself 20 minutes of time by driving 5 minutes down to the dix one.

This is the WORST tacobell I have been to in the state of Michigan. Couldn’t tell you how the food is, cause I waited in the drive thru for almost an hour with nothing to show for it. Staff that is lazy and obviously don’t know how to run a food line. Job is simple, I worked this job for many of years. Make food, put food in bag, give to customer. Yet they can’t seem to get the hang of that.

Do not go here. we sat in the drive thru for an hour waiting for someone to talk to us. This was around 11pm. There was no one in front of us in line. The person said give me one second and never came back. We placed a mobile order and we left without our food or our money back.

THE GUY WITH THE LONG HAIR TAKING THE ORDERS FROM THE WINDOW IS THE RUDEST PERSON. I ordered through the app, came inside for a pick up. I guess only 2 ppl showed up for work today & the two that did cannot handle being overwhelmed. Another two customers & myself were in the lobby when they kept announcing how ridiculous it was & how they needed to lock the doors.

ordered thru the app at 2 went to pick up my order the store was closed due to only 2 people being in the store. I could understand if they had hours before close but they have an hour left of being open and can’t even do that cause 2 people in the store. Now i have to wait for my money to be refunded bc they can’t fulfill orders

This place is terrible. Drive thru is horrendous and honestly just a waste of your time. God forbid you make it through the drive thru, your order will more thank likely be wrong. Theres literally two other taco bell with 3 miles and both are substantially better in every way

Went to the drive-thru here and we were met with a very kind lady who answered us and took care of us through the window. The food was also as you would expect from Taco Bell. Really good stuff and we were served pretty quickly as well.
