It’s usually nice when I go and order in person, but today I ordered delivery and we very disappointed. Delivery guy was great, made it on time and was very nice. When I went to open the box (that was taped shut), there was a piece of long hair under one of the donuts. So careless and disgusting. Why? Because it’s delivery and you don’t have to care about the person ordering on the other side??? The outside of the box was so dusty with with sprinkles and chocolate powder. Please do better.

Went through the drive thru Friday night 15 minutes before close. Upon being greeted and starting to order the woman cut me off mid sentence with “I close in 1 minute, hurry up”. I order and go to the same window to pay where I am met with the same woman announcing she doesn’t want to be there all night. To really make matters worse, I was charged twice the normal amount for what I ordered and wasn’t given a receipt. After realizing I returned to the drive thru window to address the matter and no one came to the window despite it not even being time to close yet.

Stopped by for donuts expecting a quick, fresh treat, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The donuts were completely ice cold—as if they’d been sitting out for hours (or worse, refrigerated and not warmed properly). There was also a very long wait despite the place not being particularly busy, which made no sense for a donut shop, plus they forgot to make my drink.
When I finally got them home, they were so unappetizing that I ended up throwing the entire box in the trash. The quality just wasn’t there at all. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this spot based on this visit.

Walked into Krispy Kreme with the intention of just looking. Five minutes later, I was in a committed relationship with a cinnamon bun, cheating on it with a chocolate iced, and low-key flirting with a strawberry frosted. Zero regrets.
The display case looked like a runway for donuts — each one showing off like it knew it was irresistible. Service was so fast I barely had time to pretend I was “just browsing,” and the place was cleaner than my conscience after eating eight donuts.
Bonus points for easy highway access (perfect for a quick getaway after donut destruction) and tons of parking so I didn’t have to circle the lot while questioning my life choices.
Highly recommend. Come hungry and emotionally prepared. If you can wait for the sign to light up “Hot and Fresh” it’s worth it!!

I am beyond pissed. College is brutal while grade school isn’t nearly as hard yet Krispy Kreme wants to reward that instead of college students who put in real effort. All the late nights, exams, tons of independent work and yet Krispy Kreme only rewards grade-school report cards. Ridiculous. Coming from a college student this promotion pisses me off.
So all those A’s I worked my butt off for? Apparently worthless. The system is ridiculous, out of touch, and insulting to anyone who’s actually doing real work. If you want to celebrate grades, celebrate the ones that actually deserve recognition. Rewarding baby work while ignoring college-level achievement is absurd and needs to change.

I love Krispy Kreme Christmas donuts, and the staff were very friendly this year, but the donuts never look like the picture. Last year, the Grinch looked like an owl, and this year Snoopy looks bedraggled, Charlie Brown’s shirt came straight out of the hamper, and Santa’s belly has issues. Even the regular glazed looked like a popped-out bellybutton. Corporate needs to either to make easier designs or invest in culinary art classes for your employees. They are worth it.

This Hilliard Krispy Kreme needs a little artistic help. The new Grinch donuts are not quite as advertised. The Grinch looks like an owl, the Santa Belly’s outfit looks totally wrinkled, and the Christmas tree would make Charlie Brown proud. They were out of Grinchy Claus, but I’m sure it would have been an experience, too. Decided to make the second dozen un-Grinchy. At least it brought plenty of laughs from the family and friends.

I’m mixed on this review. I placed a very large order a few days in advance and also caledd to confirm the order. However, when I arrived early in the morning to pick it up the person working knew nothing about it and it wasn’t prepared. The women working did an amazing job have having her whole morning upended by the size of my order and she did her commendable job of pulling together as much as she could to fill my order.

I am sure to the food would have tasted great, although the service was very sub-par. The operating hours posted at the store and online do not represent the actual operating hours. Trying to contact the store over the phone is even worse.

Was unable to pull into the parking lot because a truck was blocking the entrance. Went through drive thru. Asked if they had the sorting hat doughnut. Was told yes. Asked if I could get 3. Then asked if they had maple. Was told yes. Ordered one of those. Ordered a pop, was told they don’t sell pop so asked for a bottled water. Don’t sell that either, even though both things are on the menu. Pull around, the guy tells me the total, I hand him the card and he hand me a box and a bag and then my card not saying anything at all. I say is that everything and he says yes. I say well have a great day… no reply at all. I pull away and my mom has a chocolate doughnut and I have 3 slitheran doughnuts. Not what we asked for. Terrible service and truck blocking the exits and entrances.
