I hate to leave a bad review, but this experience deserves to be shared. I visited the Pizza Hut in Laurens, South Carolina, and the service was absolutely unacceptable. The staff working the counter were extraordinarily rude, showed no concern for the customer, and as soon as a customer left, they began talking negatively about them behind their back.
This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable in any business, and I left feeling disgusted by the way customers are treated here.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF THE LAURENS BRANCH FOR OVER 20 YEARS – TODAY 9-9-25 THEY LOST MY BUSNIESS, TEEN MOIBLE GAVE A COUPON AND I ORDERED MY LUNCH ONLINE. PIZZA HUTT TOOK IT, AS THEY ARE CONNECTED FOR THIS DEAL. WHEN I ARRIVED FOR MY PICKUP. THE LADY WHO CHECKED ME OUT. TOLD ME THE TOTAL WHICH DID NOT INLCUDE THE COUPN. I EXPLAINED MY EMAIL SHOWS IT FROM PIZZA HUTT. I ASKED FOR A MANGER, SHE SAID SHE WAS ONE OF THE THEM. POINT IS SHE DID NOT GO ABOVE AND BEYOUND, SHE JUST STOOD THERE, COLD AND WOULD NOT BUDGE, I HAVE BEEN IN MGT AND THAT IS POOR. LAURENS NEEDS BETTER MANGERS AND TRAINNING, THAT IS NOT HOW YOU SEND YOU CUSTOMERS OUT THE DOOR. INSTEAD OF ME WALKING OUT WITH MY LUNCH WITH SATISFACTION, I WALKED OUT IN DISAPOINTMENT AND SAID THIS LOCATION LOST THIS CUSTOMER.

Placed a $50 order today! The order was completely WRONG!When I called back to speak to the manager about the order.I told him the items that were missing and he told me that “he watched his driver pack the order” so I am lying!!!! I told the manager to come and get this half ass order they sent and give me a refund. He then stated that I will not be refunded either or get the missing items. Finally my husband called, the manager requested we take a 10% discount. My husband explained we don’t want the discount,we want the food. The manger finally agreed. He is very rude,unprofessional and I see why Laurens location suffering. Food is too expensive for any items to missing! I am sticking to House of Pizza like I had been doing!

The young man with pink hair was absolutely awesome!! They said his name was Caiden. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive. Had all around good service. Definitely a keeper yall probably won’t keep him long. Good employees always wind up seeking better employment

Bruh we Oder to much food from this place for them to mess it up 2 weeks ago we ordered food from here and they didant give our sauces and so they would credit to our next purchase and now to day we order again and got 3 extra marinara and 2 garlic butters and didant get none of it and on top of that it took 3 hours just to get here and they said it would get credited again but I don’t believe it so we will not be ordering from Pizza Hut in Lauren’s again
