Terrible location, expect them to completely mess up your order atleast 50% of the time. Last week I never recieved half the ordered items, today they decided to swap out 4 egg/sausage/cheese mcmuffins for the sausage wraps that cost half as much. I could provide hundreds of examples of how incompetent the staff is at this location.

Waited forever in curbside pickup. Unsalted fries, and forgot sauce for nuggets. Every time I come here it sucks and there is always a new problem. Busy and slow. Orchard park road is better I’m done here.

If I’m paying for something I expect it to be up to quality. This branch has the laziest workers. Can’t be bothered to remake a soda when it’s out. Burger is sloppily made just a ripped up patty thrown onto a bun and fries burnt to a crisp. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money

What I don’t understand is when people have food allergies and they make an order numerous times ketchup and cheese only on my cheeseburger, please, why do I get pickles and onions? Food tasted fine but definitely thrown together and very messy. Sauce on wrapper and all over the sandwich.

This location has absolutely gone downhill, each time I’ve gone within the last year the workers have been miserable and rude. They take forever as you sit at the window for 10 minutes with not one person coming over to say anything about the delay etc. To top it all off I went the other day for the first time in a long time and in the middle of my french fries was a long hair. Absolutely disgusting threw out all of my food I didn’t even care. Will not be going back to McDonalds absolutely disgusting.

First off the manager in the restaurant is so miserable all the time. I see different employees whenever I go in there. The tables are always dirty. Now..for the food.
I go in to this restaurant because its the closest one to my house and my great grandson likes to go there.
I ordered a chicken $5.50 meal and of course it was cold…the fries and nuggets were old and I complained so many times that I dont any more. My chicken sandwich was ummm, empty!! Yes empty! I just threw all of it away. So I dont go there any more..we go to taco bell. I’ve got pictures to show it!

I haven’t been to this location in years & I don’t think I’ll be returning in the near future. While I’m understanding that it’s late night, our half hour wait was pretty crazy for “fast food.” Not to mention the argument & attitude that we received when we asked to add a fry at the window was unnecessary. I ordered a couple of drinks & I’m assuming that they were poured immediately & due to our wait in line by the time we received them they were watered down / diluted. For transparency of giving an honest review: the food was good, but I’ll be going to the corner gas station next time due to the overall experience. . . . . .

Terrible they completely butchered my order. It was suppose to be Big Mac and a quarter pounder instead I got some combination of the sandwiches times two.
