First timer. I order the Baja beer batter shrimp tacos ( 2 ) and the Mexican street corn shrimp tacos ( 2 ) they were both good but I liked the street corn tacos better.

LA Quinta location is my favorite Rubios in the Coachella Valley! It’s also the smallest, but I really like their additional oudoor seating area. The staff is super nice & helpful. The restaurant is kept very clean & well stocked. The food is prepared & served HOT & delicious!

Wonderful fresh food and great customer service! I love the salsa bar and the iced tea selection is awesome! The original fish taco plate is my favourite, however the street tacos are also delicious with the cheese encrusted on the outside of the shell. Yum!

Always clean, always friendly. Food is great. Although, I don’t like the menu and app changes. Prices gone up a bit and it seems fish size has gotten smaller, unfortunately everywhere.

This place is always clean. The staff & service are great. We always enjoy the food. Recently, I ordered a pick-up & the food was ready when we got there. It was a great experience because even if that particular order was a BOGO, chose 2 Cali bowls & I ate 1 bowl 2x, 1/2 @ lunch & the other @ dinner. For the price I paid for I scored . Happy eating everyone!!!

Rubio is a great quick serve Mexican restaurant I would put it a nach above chipotle, especially because they have a larger variety including fish and shrimp tacos. But probably my favorite part of their menu is the roasted salsa. I can eat it by the capsules. They are typically pretty quick in the service and they provide high-level of customer service. Currently they have not reopened their salsa bar which is kind of a bummer, but they will give you quite a few cups of prepackage salsa.

Rubios is the one place I miss after growing up in So Cal and moving to the PNW. Every time I’m back in So Call I get Rubios fish tacos as many times as I can before heading back to the PNW! The white sauce and original fish tacos cannot be duplicated!
