Very delicious food! Be warned, their menu prices have increased. I understand why, but the increase seems a little too much. Besides that, the service was a bit slow.
But the food was delicious, so flavorful and warm. Definitely was what I was looking for. I recommend the Lomo a lo Pobre.

Love this place been going here on and off for years always was a place that I would look forward to going by myself or with loved ones to have a comfortable enjoyable meal I know the economy has changed but that cannot justify price or quality of the food portion size I can understand to a degree but today was by far one of the worst experience I had there sadly to say I will not be returning I ordered a tamale which was rock hard did not find barely any meat inside of it or egg it was solid dense maseca which is the base which was rock hard my fork could barely break into it and I ordered one of my favorite Peruvian rustic meals called rachi which to me is very delicious at most to every Peruvian restaurant identity today it was extremely extremely hard could not chew it ate a few pieces of it and gave it to my wife so she could be my witness we threw it in the trash when we got home can’t be wasting money in this difficult economy on food that’s barely edible or mediocre will definitely be taking my money to other restaurants ..

I’ve been a customer for years, but today was a complete disappointment. The family-size seafood platter was soaked in oil and inedible. The pescado a lo macho was extremely salty. No napkins or cutlery were provided.
We had to throw the food away and ended up ordering pizza. Customer service was terrible from the first phone call. I don’t know if management changed, but this was my last order. $80 wasted.

I’ve been here a few times and I gotta say the Peruvian food is solid. The Lomo and aeropuerto when we went in was good. The ceviche was great! Best I’ve had in this area. Another dab or 2 of the rocoto hit the spot. The tallarines was good but the sauce didnt mesh well with it. Overall a very solid Peruvian restaurant. I’d recommend.
Update: Came in for breakfast for the first time and it was great. Got the lomo al jugo, chicharrones and a tamale. Ofcourse with an extra side of salsa criolla. I was very impressed and it really brought me back to my childhood.

Hello,
My wife and I have been clients for a while now. The food is nice, especially their ceviche, seafood, and their tamales.
I recently found out that they had added Peruvian-style chifa to their menu. Being a lover and connoisseur of Peruvian chifa for its good flavor and the exquisiteness of each dish, I wanted to try the Kam lu wantan. With all due respect to you, I didn’t think I had paid $25 for a dish that was eighty percent white rice. I don’t think it was worth it. Also, regarding the ingredients, they weren’t to our liking at all. Excuse the criticism, but it was missing basic ingredients such as big fried wantan, peach, chinesse roast pork, shrimp, etc. Added to this is the quantity, as you can observe in the photo. I wouldn’t have a problem paying extra, but for something better prepared and not for white rice. Another thing, when I placed the order by phone, they didn’t explain to me that I could add fried rice or white rice, which when I got home I was very surprised. Again, with all due respect, the dish is not complete and well prepared, in addition to the cost. We will continue to be customers since the rest of the dishes they offer are nice. The comment is only in reference to this dish Kam lu wantan.
Thanks

Service was slow, takes a while to be seated even when you do reserve a table. I usually order out and am somewhat satisfied with my food but today it was pretty salty. Food takes a little while too.

Ordered online for delivery. They were one of the few places open on Christmas for us lonesome souls, and I’d wanted to try them out anyway. I haven’t had Peruvian food since I worked near port Chester years and years ago. I ordered chaufa de Camarones which is a fried rice with shrimp. I got plantains on the side and two desserts, chachitos and milhojas. Both of which are basically the same pastry with dulche de leches filling, but one is square shaped and layered, the other is like a stuffed croissant. My food was nicely portioned. Enough for two for sure. The rice dish was fresh tasting and tasty. The shrimp were large! They do cook with the tail (a pet peeve of mine) but I dealt with it. They gave me 4 little containers of a sauce. A creamy sauce that I drizzled over the rice. It was amazing. The plantains were good, not greasy. I like mine a little more burnt but I’m not complaining. The desserts were tasty. I could tell they were fresh though, but they weren’t so stale that they were inedible, I was happy i got to see what they tasted like and enjoyed them. I’ll definitely order from them again! Next time I’ll go inside to get pictures and experience the service.
