Stopped in for lunch and it was exactly what I wanted. The sandwich was hot, fresh, and loaded, and the staff was really nice and quick with my order. The place was clean and didn’t feel rushed. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area.

middle of the afternoon, no other customers in the store but the dinning area was dirty. The tables and chairs all needed to be wiped down and floor swept. The food took longer than normal with no explanation given. The person who took our order entered 2 duplicate order into the computer. Not sure what that was about as both orders were identical items and price. He was really going wild pushing buttons and did not offer any comments as what had happen. I checked my bank account and was only charged for the one order. very awkward standing there while he was entering a second transaction into his register and took our payment.

I placed an online order at 11:45 AM for just one sub and arrived around 12:05 expecting it to be ready. It wasn’t, so I waited until about 12:10 and went up to the counter to ask about it. The staff all seemed completely unaware of any online orders that had come in recently and asked if I was sure I placed it at the right location. After a few moments of looking around, they finally found my order—already made and just sitting on the back counter. By the time I got it, my meatball sub was cold. The staff seemed disorganized and unsure of what was going on. Definitely disappointing for such a simple order.

Purchased 2 subs on 3/15/25. It appears they ran out of meat on one of the sandwiches and just packed it up as is. I contacted Firehouse to address the issue and was told it would be passed onto the local owner. Owner has not responded.

I placed an online order, paid for it and not only had a receipt in the app, but also on my email. When I arrived they stated that they didn’t have my order and never received it. I was told they are not making my food and I needed to reach out to customer service to get my money back. After they argued with me, they made my order, but left out a sandwich I paid for. When I reached out to customer service, as instructed to do so, I was then told the restaurant itself would have to refund me. It was the absolute worst experience and I never got my money back. I don’t recommend anyone go to the Mt. Juliet, TN location unless you just want to pay for food you don’t receive and be treated terribly.
