Came in for a quick bite. First time here. Guy at the front super nice, patient, and helpful. He explained the specials and also questions about the menu. Got me a shredded chicken Cali burrito with extra meat and a shredded beef taco. No complaints. It was tasty, not dry at all, and everything was super fresh. Definitely try their chipotle sauce. Only complaint is that it’s not closer to my house so I can be a regular. Give it a try.

Just opened! My husband and I have had Jalapenos before at their other locations and this new location is as good as we’d hoped!! We dined in, and the whole time we were there for lunch on a Saturday, it was consistently busy. The staff’s energy was positive and calm, and very attentive to everyone. This location is industrial-modern, very clean and does “less is more” the right way when it comes to decor. They have everything you need, even horchata and tres leches cake. We ordered the Al Pastor burrito, the Cali burrito and medium chips. It was delicious! The burritos are good size but not huge, but you definitely get a lot of chips for the medium size. We can’t wait to go back and try the breakfast burritos. One review said that it is “pricey” but they are on par with any other Mexican restaurant these days.

Probably the best Mexican food in yorba Linda but before ypu get too excited that’s because Yorba Linda seems to have low quality Mexican food. A tad expensive but beggers can’t be choosers at this location.
Overall good food and feels slightly authentic, far from chipotle or del taco.

I checked out Jalapenos today with my wife. They just opened and the staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. The food was great. You are looking at $10-20 per person probably. I had the al pastor burrito. It was excellent. I’d highly recommend. My wife enjoyed her California burrito. We ordered medium chips and got a huge bag. A small chips is probably plenty. The chips were great though, restaurant quality. They have a variety of salsa that were all great as well. I was told that the ground beef tacos are a fan favorite along with the tres leches cake.

Family owned since the 1980’s this quick-service restaurant is delicious and a must eat. My fave chips and salsa of all time, super fresh- love their taco combo plates. Kids also love the bean and cheese burritos. Go here and support family and community! I will be back…a lot. 🙂
