I always get the Loaded Omelet Biscuit and this location makes the saddest version. The first time I thought maybe it was just a fluke but I ordered 2 yesterday and both are just egg biscuits with a crumble of sausage definitely nothing like the other Hardee’s locations I have been to, no bacon, no ham and I was told “That’s what it’s supposed to be like”

Update!! I eat my lunch here about 5-6 days a week because I work at the Take 5 Oil Change and it’s in quick walking distance. Their staff is always the friendliest to me. They know me by name, and the food is always delicious, they keep the restaurant clean and well maintained. I love going to Hardee’s especially this location. Sherry as the rest of the staff have become like family to me and treat me like so. I watch them be very kind to new customers, as well as returning customers. It is a very great place to go! Try the new Holly Jolly Sprite Sparkler, it’s delicious. They talked me into it, & I love it!

CJ was awesome that kid has a better work ethic than the grown men on my own team, he’s outstanding and definitely deserves some sort of recognition at the cert least…. And his manager who was working 1/31/27 was also fantastic, best service I’ve had here and I was so impressed with CJ because the kid walked to work in the snow….. couldn’t be more proud of a complete stranger

My husband and I eat breakfast here several mornings a week. We are greeted with a hello and a smile each time Naomi takes our order. She makes all her customers feel welcome. The food is delicious and everything is clean. I highly recommend eating at this Hardee’s.

We moved back to the area recently and was excited to see a Hardee’s. Went in today for lunch. Wow, has it changed!!!
We ordered a chicken finger meal and a monster burger. The bread with the chicken finger meal was burned, the bacon on the monster burger was rubbery and looked either microwaved or raw. The burger was so greasy I had to get a knife to cut it because it kept sliding apart. The burger had good flavor but very greasy (I ordered it with no cheese), the chicken fingers were great all the way around.
I went to the restroom and someone had made a huge mess in one of the stalls (feces smeared on toilet). Before I left I was going to let them know about the mess, but no one would acknowledge me at the counter.
The staff were friendly.
The place could use a good overall cleaning.
At least we got to make our own drinks!

Went to Hardee’s on Stone Dr this morning to get breakfast for my family of 4. We made an online order because it was a good sized order. I get to the location to pick up my purchase, and was told by “Naomi” that they were out of the cinnamon raisin biscuits and the only thing they could exchange them for was something with lemons in it. I cant stand lemons AT ALL. I told her thank you but I’d rather have a refund for them. She got very rude very quick. Barking about I’d have to do that on the app and yelled to the back “they dont want them”. I called my wife to tell her about the app refund policy and she said she’d rather just take the lemon things because it was a pain to get a refund on the app. I told Naomi that we’d just take the lemon things. To which she rolled her eye, audibly huffed, and stormed to the back. I heard her convo with the kitchen staff as did everyone else in the restaurant. “I dont know, they didn’t want them and now all of a sudden they do, just get me 4 lemon..”. I will never, ever, return to this location.

I have been there quite a few times before I go to work. And there’s been a few times that they messed up on my food, the bun would be too hard. The cinnamon rolls wouldn’t have the extra icing on them, or they would put way too much icing. And I call in, and the manager told me to call back the next day to speak to the g.M so I do that and, I feel that it could have been handled a lot better.And they need to have their employees to make sure that they are making the food properly.The cinnamon rolls were so darn hot to the touch and the icing looked like liquid i even have pictures of it and so I talked to her, just let her know what happened. I didn’t expect anything to be replaced, but she said, I need to start checking my food before I leave, but I have done that when the buns were hard. I went back inside and the manager lady was kind of rude about it. All I wanted was my sandwich to be heated up and not have a hard bun so if this continues, I will not come back and I will let my friends and families and everyone else know not to go there because I am a boss where I work at as well and I know how things are supposed to work. So hopefully now it will go better For me with the food so right now, I give 0 stars, because where I work at none of that is allowed, and we always check the food before we hand it out to our customers, I shouldn’t have to check my food at all. It should be prepared correctly. Before they handed to me, they should know not to serve hard buns.Or icing that looks like liquid or very, very hot food.That’s very hot , to the touch , like that..

My family and I usually get breakfast through the drive thru at this location every Saturday, but this snowy Saturday 1/31 we chose to eat inside.
Cj was polite and helpful while taking our order.
My husband and i overheard him speaking with a coworker about having to walk in the snow to get to work today.
This young man will go very far in life with the determination and work ethic he has.
