We visited the drive-thru and were impressed by how quickly they got our order out—definitely faster than our past visits. So far, Culver’s has a perfect track record with us for order accuracy. The food was fantastic; their burgers are really tasty, and make other fast-food patties look like small pieces of cardboard in comparison. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely be back!

So I’ve been here twice in three days. The first day, I placed an order, drove off and had to come back because fries were missing from it. Today, I ordered this and there is no bun on the cod filet SANDWICH. So basically paid $14 for a fish stick on toast with onion rings on the side. Literally never coming to this location again

Every time I come, the service is amazing. The food is hot and usually tastes very good. Tonight (2/1/26 @ 9:19pm) we had the pleasure of having our order taken by Mayra, she is such a doll. She’s very sweet, excellent customer service, knowledgeable, and attentive!

Surprised to be writing a review for a fast food place but had too nice of an experience not to! The whole restaurant was SPOTLESS for starters, bathroom to high chair! Food was quick and hot and they gave us extras like dipping sauces and checked on us a bunch. As a mom of a young child, this was an unexpectedly pleasant lunch!

I was not enamored by the Butterburger. Maybe cause I got a single instead of a double but the ratio of patty to vegetables and bun was off. Cheese curds were okay and the fish and chips I got for takeout were good, not spectacular but still solid.
Food came out quickly though and the staff were pleasant to interact with though.

For fast food, the quality of of food is excellent. Freshly made burgers, sandwiches and salads and more. Custards are delicious and can be customized or “flavor of the day”. Staff is polite, professional and knowledgeable about what they sell. The place is immaculately clean which, in my book, says a lot about the place.

Christmas Eve to-go and had the luck to be in Angela’s line at the counter.
After maaany visits here, I was surprised to be asked if I was a senior citizen (no, don’t get me wrong….lol), I actually thought she was asking if I was a “singer”… … then realized “senior”, and had to say, yes(!), proudly!
Anyway, I got a 5% discount! As I have said, am here very often and never knew about it.
Angela, I appreciate your going beyond but, what I appreciate more is how warm and welcoming you made a customer like me feel. 5-⭐ customer service!
BTW, this time, I got to try the Reuben Sandwich and will be adding that to our list of favorites which includes, the Cod Fish Dinner, Mushroom and Swiss sandwich and their Shrimp!

2nd day of operation, this was a Friday.
Went for takeout at a little past 2 pm and drive through was about 7 cars long when I went in and still had cars lined went I came out.
Considering it was 2pm, the restaurant was about near full and there were constant in and out customers.
Got my favorite Mushroom and Swiss to-go and the day’s Really Reese’s ice cream.
The wait for my takeout was about 15 minutes, but, could be forgiven as growing pains coupled with high volume customers.
The restaurant is exactly the Culver’s look except smaller than the other one on Buckley Rd..
Service was , as I have expected and experienced from Culver’s.
Hope this continues just like how service has always been top-notch in the other Buckley branch.

The portion of the sandwiches is on the smaller side, but it is definitely delicious! Hands down, they have the best onion rings in the fast food market! The service at this location is always top tier. Everyone has been so nice and offered service with a smile. This was my second visit, and I’ll definitely be back.

I have never wrote such terrible reviews but the customer service we received today was absolutely ridiculous and needs to be mentioned for possible improvement. Instead of the drive thru, we ordered at the counter. Because we went to the restaurant around 2pm, it wasn’t a busy time so we took the time to park. This was our first time here so the employee may have been agitated to see us take so much time to decide on the menu. He has clicked his tongue on us multiple times and had kept talking to the other employees mid-order. That was excusable until he forgot half of the items on our order. We were informed by a different employee (who was very nice) that the rest of the order is being made. We waited 10-15 minutes near the counter for the rest of our food. We went up to the same employee that took our order to see what happened to the rest of the order being made. He had no idea where our food was until the manager has rushed from the back to bring us the rest of the order. Mind you, we ordered a concrete mix and a shake so it was mostly melted in the cup. No straws or spoons were given, just melted ice cream after waiting 30 minutes total in the restaurant. This is not FAST food, more like SLOW food with poor quality. I wish we would have asked the employee’s name so no other customer would have to experience this devastation again. Though, the burger was delicious so I’m utterly disappointed that I will never go back to taste this good food again, ALL because of this customer service experience. The price wasn’t worth it either.
