In general I like panda expresses. This location however has left me terribly disappointed. All of the food either looked old or disappointing. Many items were vacant. One of the members of our group has never been to Panda Express and asked to try a piece of chicken we’re promptly told that was not possible they could give us a few pieces in the order for next time how disappointing. That member of our group did not eat at Panera but went to a different restaurant because the food did not look appetizing. There were no forks where you would normally find forks. Also two of the soft drink dispensers had what seemed to be fairly permanent labels. To say the least a disappointing experience One in which will probably cause me to think twice about returning.

Amazing food but some of the staff pretty mean. Dirty looks to customers. Again we visit panda express and as usual both the thicker Hispanic and possibly Philippino managers have horrible attitudes. Foods great but corporate needs to fire both managers. The staff is paid well to be there.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!! Imagine enjoying your food and boom you bite down on something and it pokes the inside of your mouth! Only to spit it out and realize it’s a piece of the dish Brillo pad! Yes you read that correctly!! I instantly call the store and the manager tells me how she cannot do anything without the receipt. In a situation like this a receipt shouldn’t be necessary! This is disgusting! This is an error on their end!! Waste of time and money!!

The delivery service you guys use, doordash, is horrible. 2 delivery orders food disappears. Gets picked up by a driver and never gets delivered. Tho your manager Angelina gets 5 stars for coustomer service. She was very polite and fixed the issue fast. Thanx Angelina

It might be just good enough to feed your dog. Terrible. The orange chicken was mostly beading that tasted like it was kept in a fridge for days and reheated. I couldn’t finish it. This place used to be decent, but after my last few visits, this was my last.

I’ve been a frequent customer at Panda Express and been to many locations. This location by far needs some serious work. Food is stale and cold, majority of the time when walking in there is nothing there to pick from. Workers rather have conversations among themselves instead of acknowledging a customer walking in. Majority of my visits here my order was always wrong. You clearly tell the worker what you want they write it down and serve you completely different. I suggest having a class of spelling and writing abbrev. of the food that everyone understands. Do better.

The people here were friendly and professional. The meat is nasty. I only ate at a panda express once as a kid and didn’t really remember anything about it so I decided to go. It is quite cheap so there is the saying, you get what you pay for .. but in most busy cities you can find much better chinese food. At first I thought they gave me beef…the meat was all dark grissly meat. I had to spit it out I felt guilty giving a piece to my dog and trashed the rest! Now I think I know why my child self didn’t think much of it, that was why it is not an eatery on my radar..especially now. Does the chicken come from china? Is it even chicken? So cheap they can not even serve white chicken meat as a featured entre. I even had to light a candle to get rid of the gross smell in my house.
