First time trying Flatzz (thanks to T-Mobile’s Tuesday deals), and it was pretty good….. order for a specific time (since I work with Instacart and was delivering to Wasilla from Anchorage), and it was actually fresh and more or less ready when I got there…..I liked the veggie one I was able to create better than the three cheese one (which was good, and the one I got with the TM deal, so it was really good lol)!

Ordered the Big New Yorker pepperoni duo and it came with no cheese and a very small amount of sauce. Very disappointing for my first Wasilla Pizza Hut experience. The medium pan pepperoni that we ordered was made correctly and that one tasted alright. The Bacon Garlic Cheese sticks were OK as well. Not sure if I will be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

This place is severely run down! I’ve been to pizza huts all over the United States and this is the worst one I’ve ever been too! It was alright here 15 years ago but you can tell the owners don’t care! Tried to go in and the workers could care less that we were even in there! No communication, so we walked out. A week later, we decided to try ordering through the app and my husband has been standing in there for 20 minutes past the pick up time and only half our order is done! There are at least 5-6 doordashers with bags waiting and one customer inside complaining about a burned pizza. The place smells like ancient old carpet and it’s not clean in the dining area or in the kitchen. This will be our last effort with this Pizza Hut!! They need to get a grip in there! Revamp, revitalize, get with it folks!!!

Pretty disappointed with this location and its delivery driver. When my pizza arrived, all the topping had been slid off the pizza. I called and complained, also noting the app did not add the cinnastix and icing I wanted, but I was sent the extra icing. The manager was very sweet mannered and complimented a pizza and the cinnastix, but when they arrived, the pizza was worse than the first!!!!! I will never order delivery from this location again!!! Maybe if they get a new driver!!!!!

This location has slowly declined over the years. This year alone I have had multiple orders delivered where things were missing. Whole items left out of the order. The most recent I was missing a dessert and had enough of not recieving my items. Made call to the store and they said they would redeliver the missing item….it never came nor did they call or even attempt to make it right. I no longer order from them as a result of terrible management and training.

Ordered pizza, order # 109972744, tried calling the store for 20 minutes AFTER the delivery time was suppose to have happened. No pizza every arrived. Tried to use the automated bot and that just said “sorry” so wasilla is you want someone to steal your money and not give you food this is the place. I gave it 1 star because it wont let me do zero. Hard to judge food that never arrived

I ordered and paid for my 2 pizzas to have extra cheese. They definitely did not. If anything, it was if they had little cheese to the point where the tomato sauce was very visible. This is not the first time this has happened.
