Eat at the Burger King in sugarloaf Mall. This location will keep you waiting 30mins for a simple meal. but apply the jobs here, people are cool, work in a slow and peace way, hangout talk and laugh when cook your food

Me and my wife went to lunch here to start off the new year, and I’m glad we did. From the moment we walked in the vibes were great; the people working were super friendly, we had some fun chit chat and they even bagged a single burger I ordered because I’d said I was taking it home. When they brought our food it looked like the picture-perfect ad on the tray. The fries were perfect, and my whopper junior was built so well it looked like a Krabby patty. Which fit the SpongeBob theme they’ve got going right now, so that’s fun.
Great work!

Worst experience ever!
Made me wait 25+ mins just for a meal of burger at the drive thru(I was only one customer). No single apology, was angry when I requested for a refund. Felt like I was one bothering them. Definitely not coming back. Train the employees right. When things go wrong, apology first! Not the excuses. Waiting that long just because the fries? BS

I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for my order, and then I heard they gave my order to someone in the drive-thru. Before that, they gave my cousin the wrong order. Inside the restaurant there were only two tables occupied, so it wasn’t even busy. As I’m writing this, I still haven’t received my order.

The manager, Brittany H., is probably the most abusive manager I’ve personally ever witnessed. I’ve been to this location twice in the evening hours and I’ve witnessed this woman yelling, screaming, cursing at employees. It’s truly disgusting! It is surprising anyone works there. Burger King really needs to look into this.

Someone really needs to focus on the management in there. They literally tell every person that drives in for takeout to park and you’ll wait an average of 15-20 min and on top of it food wasn’t even made fresh like come on. They need to be more proactive.

I’ve been to this location on more than one occasion, and every time at the drive through you feel like you’re bothering them. I’m not a big fast food person so I had questions about the kids menu (also I’m tryna hurry because I don’t like making people behind me wait, I’m not one of those people). There is no customer service, the chicken fries I get for my kids are usually DRY and oily. Just overall not a good experience.

I spent almost $11 on a meal and go to pick up my order in the drive through where I ask for BBQ sauce only to be told they will have to charge me for it. I can’t even believe what I just heard. It’s not enough for me to spend what I just spent now this stupid Burger King location wants to charge me for BBQ sauce? Yeah you can save your BBQ sauce. I hope your location goes out of business. Shame on this location for trying to rip people off. I will never step foot at this Burger King again. Horrible business.
