The food here is honestly great — no complaints at all about the quality. That’s the only reason this isn’t an even harsher review.
Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. One of the employees (heavier-set, unshaven gentleman) was noticeably rude and seemed irritated to even be helping customers. The attitude alone was enough to make the experience uncomfortable.
On the flip side, there’s a younger, smaller-framed guy working there who is doing an excellent job — polite, attentive, and professional. Huge difference in customer service between the two.
Management really needs to address this. If you’re having trouble finding staff, I understand it’s tough right now — but allowing someone with that kind of attitude to represent your business hurts the overall experience. Great food can only carry a place so far.

I stopped by MOD Pizza in Oregon city across from CCC recently when it was super busy, and I was blown away by the service. The young lady helping me, Zowie, was incredibly personable, upbeat, and genuinely happy to be there — which made the whole experience even better. She handled my order perfectly and kept things running smoothly despite the rush. My pizza came out just the way I wanted it, and her positive attitude stood out above everything else. MOD Pizza is lucky to have someone like her on their team. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been to a lot of MOD Pizza locations, but this visit stood out. The girl who took my order, Zowie, went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Had a great experience. The pizza was delicious just like any other MOD, however the service was exceptional. The employees went above and beyond, Zowie greeted me with patience and created a very personable experience where I didn’t feel rushed. Make sure to leave her a hefty tip because she doesn’t skimp on the cheese or chicken!

Always fun to build your own pizza. Quick and easy with tons of options. Friendly staff. Clean environment and constantly busy. Parking lot is a bit of a cluster with tight spaces and it’s crowded but that’s about the only drawback. Food is delicious and filling. Refillable soda and free water cups. Salads are an option as well.

I usually really like Mod pizza, but I really struggled to even eat my food after watching the big guy with the ponytail handle cash/cash register, wipe his nose multiple times and then also be the person who handles and boxes your food without washing his hands once after doing all of the mentioned above.

Barely any toppings, the thick isn’t even thick. Their dough has no taste. Half of the pizza is missing any kinds of toppings. 30% is crust
