Bathrooms- looked like the urinal had not been cleaned since the restaurant opened, and there were dirty clothes beside the toilet.
I informed the two ladies up front of the condition of the restroom, and it was obvious that they didn’t care to do anything about it as they just continued the gossiping they had been doing since we arrived.

Sat at the drive thru window for over 30 minutes without seeing anyone. When we finally did she opens the window looking at us like we were a undiscovered species of rodent. She just stared at us for like 30 seconds and then finally asked “Is this for a mobile order” after all that, our fries were uncooked and tasted microwaved and the wrong drink. 1/5 stars

We stopped here for breakfast and had a good experience. Service was a bit odd, with a previous customer returning their food for a refund and other people complaining about incorrect food. Turns out that I also had an incorrect item too, but I just ate the item rather than going back up. The food tasted good, especially the hash browns / tater tots, so that was good.

One of the most disgusting restaurants I’ve ever been to. The floor was sticky and the tables haven’t been wiped off. The order took forever and was made wrong. There was too much goofing off and joking around while customers were waiting a long time for food. I ordered a drink and out of the 20 selections only 4 or 5 was available and the coke that was available was out of carbon. The management has failed this establishment. The health department needs to make a visit here.

If I could give negative stars.. definitely would. Don’t eat here. The restaurant is disgusting and the workers are inappropriate and unprofessional. There was a girl cashiers with long red hair that was not in a bun or hairnet and it was whipping around all over the food. My order took forever to receive and there was no one else ahead of me. My order was wrong and cold. The floors were sticky and every table was dirty with trash on the floor. This place needs to be shut down.

On Monday 2/9/26 I went through the drive through around 7:45 pm and order 2 whooper jr meals one with cheese and one with out , fries and onion rings
I had to wait about 8 minutes so when I got my food open up the jr whooper with cheese and the whole thing was cold from the bun to the burger patty which looked burnt and the cheese was not even melted !!!!! Onion rings were cold too ! I don’t understand Everytime I go there this is what food served is cold !!!!!! I’m very disappointed and will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN !!! Do better BURGER KING !!!!

Haven’t had a burger taste that good or look like the picture since I was a kid. I live in the Hampton Roads area and your lucky if it resembles a burger because they just throw everything in the wrapper and use old ingredients.
