They say the food here is fun and fresh but let me tell you about two of the fabulous workers Trinity and Bailee. I would come back just to talk to them a moment longer. Good customer service bam. Great sandwiches bam. And overall beautiful people. 10/10 recommend. Also I am now in love with one of them. Will update you on our romantic journey. Xoxo -a valuable subway customer

I go to this subway often and have never had any problems. The staff were not the regular staff. I ordered my sandwiches online and put specific details about substitutions due to diet restrictions. Upon arrival I asked if the substitutions were correct in place before I left the store one employee asked the other employee who had made the sandwiches (who was standing at the counter talking to friends and family and never even looked up from their phone) if they had made the substitutions as requested. The employee stated no no, that’s an up charge, we don’t do that. I said I would like my sandwich remade and would pay the difference. The employee helping me said oh I can just open the sandwich and swap our what you want. . .not helpful with diet restrictions. Due to the difficulty with staff and lack of being willing to correct my order or remake my sandwich I just took the order as it was and left. A waste of money due to inability to eat the sandwich and super disappointing customer service from the staff. It’s frustrating beause I have always had great service until this incident.

We had a great experience at this Subway! Bailee was absolutely wonderful. The store was very clean, she was incredibly kind, and she took the time to talk with my son, which meant a lot to us. Overall, such a positive experience with amazing customer service. We’ll definitely be back! ✨

This store is by far the best store in albuquerque! I am never disappointed with the food. The employees are the best at this location the speak loud and clear over the glass. This location is always clean. And never have to worry about not getting cookies or drinks that should be stocked. Mary is as sweet as can be and can whip a whole line of customers out in a flash. I appreciate the quickness since I’m usually on a lunch break.

I ate 2 nights ago at the Subway on Gibson SE. The food was wonderful. The two gentlemen were amazing. Fun and smiled, and they went above and beyond for the customers in the restaurant.
This evening, I went to the location on Eubank and Constitution. At first, it looked very clean. The two young ladies behind the counter were not very happy with their jobs. No smiles, they moved really slowly, acting like it was an imposition if you wanted something put on the sandwich. I asked for extra dressing on mine and was told that she wasn’t going to put any more dressing because it would overpower the sandwich. The bread tasted and looked like it was 2 or 3 days old, very dry and burt. I live less than half a mile frome this location, but I won’t be going back. I’ll drive all the way to Gibson and I-25 before I go back to Eubank again.

The 2 Girls working today got welcomed in by both of them very Loud with big smiles!, January 5th 2026 at 1:00 pm The Girl with blue hair helped me. She’s a very sweet Lady Very talkative and help me pick out what sandwich I wanted because I wasn’t sure which one I wanted!! Very clean and delicious !! Well for sure take my business back here again

This has got to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at Subway. Decided to get the Philly to go. When I got home and opened the wrapper the sandwich was so thin it was like there was nothing in the sandwich. Open the sandwich and there was barely any meat in it. It was more veggies than anything. Went back to complain, which I never do, and the best they could do was add a little more meat. I was told I couldn’t get a new sandwich otherwise it would come out of their paycheck. The girl who made the sandwich didn’t even care. Terrible customer service. Terrible sandwich. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Subway. The woman there gave me a number to the “manager” so I called it. It was given a fake number. This is pure bs. Calling corporate because apparently this place is an issue. Do they really want this store to ruin their name?

The location was always clean, controlled, and very well managed, even when busy. Not once was anyone rude, rushing me, or acting in any unprofessional manner. The girl Bailee, in particular, was incredibly kind and always helpful. She always seemed to be working hard, and always wore a smile on her face! It was always a delight to come in and see such a sweet worker! 10/10.

Came here for catering for a work Potluck newded to feed some hard working UPS Employees. This is the cleanest Subway around. The catering boxes were amazing, everything was labeled so no guessing game.
The staff was the best, told them what I needed and they handled it beautifully. Thank you Subway.
