WAY TO LOSE A CUSTOMER. Started coming here recently. Always place my order online about an hour in advance and then come into the store. Last two times pizzas have been ready relatively close to the time promised. Today, however, I got there about 15 mins early and sat in the lobby. 10 mins past the “ready window” no pizza yet. Went up the the counter and they said it’d be an additional 10 mins as they just put the pizza in the oven. A few minutes later another clerk came out and said they had given my original order out to another customer. I’m not sure how since I’d been sitting there for about a half hour and no pizza had gone out to anyone else. I’m guessing he was lying to cover up the fact they never made the pizza to begin with. I waited an additional 20 minutes before I went up to ask where the new pizza was. The same guy who lied about having given my original pizza to another customer started gettting an attitude and looked over the pizzas already being prepped and said it wasn’t there. In other words, the “second” pizza was never put in the oven earlier as I’d been told. Clerk didn’t try to remedy the situation; didn’t offer to make the pizza; didn’t offer to compensate with Crazy Bread or maybe a drink; just seemed upset that I was getting frustrated that THEY messed up my order and lied about having put it in for baking. I ended up demanding a refund instead of being offered one. Complete collapse in service all the way around at every opportunity to make it right. Will never return again.

Let’s start at the beginning, 7:36 pm I head in to order a quick dinner for myself. Right away I can tell it’s a little busy, there’s people waiting as well as several DoorDash orders coming in as well as the phone ringing off the hook.
There was only 4 people working, and they were doing their best to complete orders, then at around 7:40 one of the employees leaves, and puts the remaining 3 in a tight spot. A few moments later a man walks in that clearly works there, he comes in and scolds the team, makes his own pizza and leaves.
The reason I am giving 5 stars is for the team that is working their butts off!!! A young man that was working on taking everyone’s orders and complaints was and extremely hard worker! The two girls in the back I never saw stop moving, they were making pizza of after pizza!! I was so impressed!!
I hope management recognizes the hard work the team put in on Christmas Eve and gives them something to compensate not only being short staffed but also dealing with a plethora of orders!!
Aaaaand finally, this is probably the best Little Caesar’s I have ever had!!!

Funny, the Bacon Wrapped Deepdish i just ordered doesn’t seem to have any bacon wrapped around it. Guess that’s what I get for ordering from this location. It’s still edible, and it’s a good thing I ordered it with bacon as a topping too. I would think if they’d just run out of the strips, I’d have seen extra topping, because everything else is pretty much right, but nope just the normal amount. And in case it’s not obvious, I love bacon so the lack is disappointing enough to get online about
I will say the driver was a ninja, even though i was waiting for him, so I guess he didn’t want the tip ♀️

I have resigned myself to waiting at the counter for a cashier and having that cashier be begrudged to take my order whenever I go for a LC pizza.
Not the case today. What a pleasant surprise. The cook got the attention of the cashier and I was quickly greeted with a smile and attentiveness that you rarely encounter these days. It was almost weird how seen I felt but I appreciate it. A minute long interaction and now I’m spending 5 just to write this out.
I’ll be back to this location specifically. I hope they have a great day.

I’m very disappointed with our recent experience at this Little Caesars location. We placed our order in advance to avoid waiting, yet when we arrived—despite there being no line—the order still wasn’t ready.
To make matters worse, the cheesy bread was overcooked and incredibly greasy, making it almost inedible. The bread itself was mediocre at best, but what really stood out was the poor service. No apology, no urgency, and no acknowledgment of the delay.
We expected a quick and easy pickup with decent quality, but unfortunately, this visit fell short on every level. Definitely rethinking returning to this location.

I was going to give 5 stars until… they decided not to deliver my cookie brownie. Called , no answer. Left ‘feedback’ about the not answering of my phone call and item left out . It’s been a solid week with no response. Those in mind I took 3 stars away for missed item and no remedy of the issue.
Outside of those the food was good. Cooked well. Not under or overcooked like the prior reviews said. Only thing I wish(outside of the missing item) is the sauce cups being filled full instead of a 4th missing from the lid of the cup.

I got their pretzel crust pizza and they dumped a ridiculous amount of salt onto it. I don’t know how you serve this with a smile on your face. It was totally unedible

I have never had such a horrible experience at little caesars as I did here. And unfortunately, it had to be on the day of my daughters birthday party. I ordered several pizzas for the kids, and did not even bother to check them because I have really never had issues with getting pizza at any little caesars. There are times it has been less than perfect, but what we got was a sloppy disgusting mess that didn’t even taste good. As you can see in the photos, it looked like maybe the pizza was rushed when stretching the dough. Very misshapen to the point there was practically no crust to hold. This would not have been such a big deal, but in addition to that the pizza was way under cooked. Soggy and floppy and a mess to try and eat. One pizza was cut so horribly that it was either take a gigantic piece or have a small, deformed one. Not ideal at a party with many people eating. Another pizza was not cut at all and I was having to use a plastic knife to try and cut it as that’s all we had. I definitely would never go back here and I feel like I should be offered a refund for this awful mess they served us.

Everything that could go wrong did. Yes, I gave them 5 stars. They got mad busy right after getting my order & got behind. The cashier had to go help in back while keeping up with orders. He was about 20 times friendlier than I could have been. The manager came in and immediately started dashing around to get orders completed & out. The people in back did a great job considering the number & speed of people coming in to get orders. One of my pizzas fell and had to be remade so it took longer than I would have liked but honestly you DO NOT see people work like that anymore. Wish I could get a couple employees that care like that.
