ordered online and it was ready in time. i ordered the lime redbull add cherry flavor and got a regular cherry limeade. ordered the garlic butter bacon cheeseburger and got a regular cheeseburger. payed extra for onion and tomato to be added to the chicken sandwich i ordered and didn’t receive them. ordered large tots and got a half filled container. i ordered this on my lunch break so i don’t have time to go back. tried to call the number but it went straight to “this mailbox is full”.
update: I went to the sonic after work and got a full refund without hassle.

Ordered drinks from Neodesha Sonic today at work and I ordered a strawberry lemonade. The strawberries were fermented and the drink smelled and tasted like a bad alcoholic beverage. Tried calling multiple times and kept getting a “busy” message. Took the drink back up there and politely let them know what happened. Employee never offered an apology, just rudely asked, “So, did you want me to make you something else or????” I asked if my route 44 lemonade could be replaced with a route 44 Coke Zero. She brought me a large instead and again, never once offered an apology. Very disappointed in the service.

I ordered a #4 without onion, lettuce and tomato. Got only my burger and drink no fries. My dad ordered a 6 in chilli dogs with a drink and onion rings he got all his stuff. It took 30 minutes to get it and she wanted to argue about the time saying it only took 6 minutes and after she tried to deliver it to the folks next to us. Was the worst experience I’ve ever had there. Won’t ever be back again not worth the time or the money.

It took 25 minutes and 2 trips to the door to get a soft drink and a Blizzard during a slow time. The Blizzard had Styrofoam pieces in it. The store was unable to provide a refund refund because I ordered through the app. The store manager was unable to tell me who owned the store.

Seth, privett and Brittany are really making it happen inio to say Sonic. They keep up with the man with great attitudes. Hudson on evening shift is a hard worker and very polite as well.
