The food was good, so that was the saving grace of this visit. The dining area was not kept clean; staff stood around on their phones or chatted rather than addressing these issues. The table I sat at wasn’t wiped down, and the floor was muddy and not swept. There is not a garbage can for people to throw things away minus a little container for straw wrappers. If the management is listening and cares. Help your staff be attentive to the surroundings and to the customers, teach and help them learn how to interact with customers in a polite and helpful manner.

I didn’t want to write this review. I contacted the franchise corporate office first because I wanted to give them a chance to address my concerns before I placed a permanent review. They never got in touch with me unfortunately. My experience was much like several others. We ordered online, the system told us when it would be ready, we were there when that time came, we waited a few extra minutes, then my wife came in to pick it up. Our name was on the TV display, but when we asked about it, they had no idea we had an order. About 30 minutes later we got our food. I came in and asked to speak with a manager about our experience, but was ignored and glared at. Unfortunately the order was not correct either. I like Wingstop, but really not sure I want to go through the service experience again.
Update 12/13/25 – I continue to get offers and mailings from Wingstop. Sorry Wingstop, there are many wing places out there and the service at those places cant be worse than what I have experienced in the West Prosper location. They never contacted me or tried to correct their issues, so my money is better spent at places that provide a good product and good service or if a place falls short (it happens), they take responsibility and make it right.

Came in and ordered for togo, food came down to be about 25ish dollars. Perfect thats exactly what I have. She looks me in my eyes and says, “we dont take cash.” Since when???? “For a minute.” Something about that isn’t right, idk what buisness doesnt take good money but not coming back. Buffalo wild Wings been better anyway

The one good thing about this place is they have windows that allow you to see in the kitchen. The bad thing is that nobody in there wears gloves, and in the 20 minutes we spent waiting on our order nobody washed their hands. I saw their bare hands all over the cooked chicken and one guy had his thumb in the sauce bucket as he was pouring it on then licking it off his finger when he was done. Plus the customer service wasn’t very good either.

My order was supposed to be ready between 1055-1105. I got there at 1120. Wasn’t ready. 1130 a person comes in and orders food. They get there’s and I don’t get mine for another 20 mins. Had to wait a hour on the floor. Front desk guy and manager seemed to be the only ones working. Everyone else just goofing off.

Update Dec’25: ***Taking away stars from Food Quality too. Reason: the bone in wings were dry as hell..Jaw hurts .Garlic Parmesan was literally fried wings with Parmesan sprinkled on top and no hint of garlic in taste or flavor.Mango habanero was not at all saucy …We were not even buying the bone-in wings in deal, that they have to do cost cutting.The quality degrading every time we order.The boneless Cajun were good****
We eat Wingstop once or twice every month.This used to be our favorite go to Wingstop location but this is 2nd continuous time that order is messed up..We order family pack with flavors as per liking of each family member.Hence giving 1 star for service n overall 3 stars

This location sucks!! We got the 30 wings deal with fries and veggies. These wings are the most disgusting thing I had eaten in years. We ordered the original, lemon pepper and mango habanero. All of them are so bad!!! The fries are so so salty that you can’t even eat them. Please don’t waste your money!! Order from super wings in Prosper, you’ll taste the difference!We ordered through Doordash and we paid $60 for this food that my dogs won’t even eat. Super upset!!!

I was impressed with the speedy carryout service I experienced here, especially on this Super Bowl Sunday. I ordered ahead. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted, and I was directed to a table where they had all of the mobile orders. Another employee was there asking for names and handing out the food. I checked my food before I left and it was correct! I expected some hiccups because of how busy they were. This was my first time at this location, but I would be back.
I ate the lemon pepper wings and the Spicy Korean BBQ. The Lemon pepper wings were cooked perfectly and had a delicious sapid flavor. The Spicy Korean BBQ was also delicious, the slice was medium. The sauce was sweet but overly sweet with a tanginess to it as well, but it wasn’t overpowering. It was my first time trying this flavor.

I don’t know how to describe this review. Food tasted great. Hot! Flavorful! Tasty! Service was on point. Allowed me to pick up earlier than order time. When I got there order was ready. HOWEVER, the fry racks I dont know if there are two sides left and right side. But an employee was scrubbing the vent hoods over the fry racks. Dust, dirt, debris we know where im going. Unless they drain grease before lunch time because this was at 11:30am , I am really disgusted. Who cleans vents over fry racks before during the day. You do that after closing. There’s a method to cleaning a fried chicken joint.
