I’m extremely disappointed with this Wingstop location. After eating here, I ended up with what felt like food poisoning — stomach pain, nausea, and constant bathroom trips. What makes it worse is that I’m not the only one. A couple people I know who ate here around the same time also got sick.
That’s not a coincidence.
Food safety should be the bare minimum, especially when you’re serving chicken. Something is clearly wrong with how food is being handled, stored, or prepared at this location. Whether it’s undercooked food, cross-contamination, or poor hygiene practices, customers should not be getting sick from a meal.
I won’t be coming back, and I strongly recommend management take this seriously before more people get hurt. No one should have to worry about getting sick from eating wings.

Y’all got no idea that day the Super bowl started this place was Packed
Full of Rude customers
There were a lot of people canceling without and excused and they packed and work as fast and as efficiently as possible the food always tastes Good.
It was Him and The Lady at the cashier that’s helped processing the orders.
They both are very responsible and respectful
Dispite of all the things working against them they didn’t Quit they were there finishing all the orders and like I said
Give that man a Raise because if it was me I would have not let nobody treat me or speak to me the way all those disrespectful people talked to him.
Also the Kitchen stuff worked they way out
Either corporate give him extra Employees to deal with the pressure next time on a Day like that
Or give him a Big Bonus.
I can’t express enough how good this place and his Employees are.
And on different days where there is no event going on
They always Fast
They never make mistakes on my order
And they always polite and great people before walking in
I love it here .

I was told my food would take 20 min when I walked in. It was cool, I just wanted to try their chicken sandwich. I got my food 37 min later because I didn’t hear them call out my name. That was all fine, the employee even gave me some free food. Now for the food. The bun was not soft and that was the extent of my bad experience. The chicken was still hot & tasty, as well as the fries. Who really gets fries wrong? I’d go back.

It appears that these items are actually chicken nuggets rather than actual wing meat. Labeling them as “wings” is misleading and constitutes false advertising. Definitely not coming back here for boneless chicken “wings”.

Chicken sandwich went directly to trash after one bite. Something hard was on it and hurt my front teeth!! How is that even possible? What type of meat does this? Tried to pull apart the meat to check and it was stiff like plastic. Another reviewer experienced the same thing. How can chicken that’s not edible be given to a customer?!

Fries were old and overcooked. I called to complain and the cashier said they were like that because they were organic. We eat a lot of organic food everyday and I know you could cook them without burning them. She said she will replace them if I bring them tomorrow because it is late now. I already threw them in the trash. I told her so. She said she would only replace them if I bring them back. I told her they are already in the trash.

Came in and asked for my take out order at the time of estimated pick up and was told it would be out in a minute and was given my cup. I proceeded to wait 10 minutes for my order only to go back up and find that it had been ready with no acknowledgment. Additionally I drove home and opened the back to find one of the two meals was missing fries.
