My friend and I came in around lunch time and there were plenty of parking spaces as well as tables available.

My friend and I ordered the following:
Mixed Appetizer
Panang Curry Lunch Special w/plain phad thai

The mixed appetizer was fine but I didn’t exactly think it was worth the $20. The lunch specials are decent though! The panang curry was delicious and the phad thai was also good.

Overall, Irene Thai Kitchen was a pretty decent spot! The food was good, service was friendly, and the dishes came out relatively quickly.

It looks authentic Thai restaurant. The taste of beef noodle soup is impressive. It is different from Chinese style soup. They kindly serve food. It should be great place to taste Thai.

Portion size is great too. I ordered a cup of Tom Yum and when it was served to me I thought they took my order as a bowl lol.

Out of nearly 35 thai restaurants i have been two this ranks as my 2nd favorite of all time. Server was great, never ran out of water. Wait time was normal even though they were busy with a ton of pickup orders. Yellow and masaman curry were both excellent. The crying tiger appetizer was fantastic. Nothing bad to say about this place at all. Keep up the good work.

Really good quality Thai- they have authentic and American versions of common plates, like Pad Thai. The inside doesn’t feel like you’re in a strip mall and feels clean and is such a cute environment with the decor!
The service was great as well, with needs anticipated without having to ask! Would recommend!

The food was so good I cried! Just kidding , I did cry though as I ordered a 5 on the spicy scale and it was very spicy and soooooo dang good. Been coming here for years and they always have such good food . I am a big fan of their Tom Kha soup as I pretty much always get that here. On top of the amazing food their staff is so much fun and so kind! An absolute gem in woodinville.

We were craving for Thai foods, so decided to come here based on Google reviews. This place did not disappoint! It is right across the Woodinville Village area. We ordered two soups (there are only two soups on the menu). The one with coconut milk was excellent: sour, hot and creamy. I like the other tom yum soup too but it is a little bit sweeter. We ordered seafood mix and chicken for each soup and were pleasantly surprised they added big scallops to the seafood!

We also ordered one appetizer (drinking beef which is huge!). We shared one main dish The curry roasted duck. The duck is juicy with a crispy layer of skin. We asked for mild but the red coconut base is a bit spicier than I thought. Still an excellent dish!

The food was good but even no spice level on my Drunken Noodles was spicy for me. I got a chili flake stuck in my throat and couldn’t stop coughing.

They messed up the fire and served my date their food well over 10+ minutes before I got my food. We were not updated about what was going on and by the time my food came their food was cold. No offer to recook or reheat their food.

Couldn’t get their attention to refill waters or order a soda to add to the very spicy (to me) food.

Atmosphere is ok. It’s a casual location with comfortable booths and chair seating. Private and cozy too.

But the lack of service and the mess up of my order with no apology or statement remedynit left a sour taste in my mouth, so to speak.

Nothing remarkable to make me want to come back despite the terrible service issue. I will not return.
