If you want an unpleasant rude customer service experience just go when Judy is working. Impatient enough she will lean over other customers orders and drag her shirt on their food. Man does she need to work on her smart ass comments and nasty looks. Judy you aren’t in highschool anymore you’re like 65. Grow up. 🙂

I had a foot long meatball sub. There was lots of bread with very little toppings or sauce. After tearing away the bread, with nothing on it, I may have had a 6 inch. They will no longer be serving mozzarella either. SMH!!! A year has passed, and I decided to try them again. Bad idea. Stale bread, no capicola, no mozzarella. They shouldn’t post these on the menu if they no longer serve them.

The workers are great. I gave it 3 stars because they always seem to be out of bread. Even an hour before closing time. I feel like they need to be more prepared with the bread quantity. Otherwise everything is great.

My friend had a plastic piece of something in his sub all they offered him for what could have been life threatening was 2 hard cookies. Not good. Not cool . Not happy at all with this place.
