Multiple people working in the back when I went in to get my order and not a single glove in sight. It was really gross to see. And some guy joined them and just dove right in to help them, also with no gloves, before coming up front to give me my order. Gotta wonder if he just went back to putting his hands all over the toppings again without washing his hands. I definitely won’t be back at this location again.

I usually order the big dinner box because I like the rectangle pizzas, they always come out more fluffy and taste better in my opinion.
The last 2 times I ordered it they came as 2 normal round medium pizzas. The first time I though maybe they’re just out of those boxes or something because the picture still shows the rectangle ones. The second time it happened in a row I called them and they said they no longer do rectangle pizzas.
I order out pretty frequently because I have a large family. You have lost this customer.

Pizza was very bad. Ordered extra cheese, barely any cheese at all. A total of 11 pieces of pepperoni on 8 slices. Ordered peppers and onions. Pepers on 5 pieces, one/ two skinny pieces. oniions were even less. I will never by Pizza Hut again.

Just walked in, as I was shopping next door. Immediately greeted and offered advice for a single customer.

They refused to bring my order of 3 large stuffed crust extra cheese a order of cheese bread and 3 two liters becuse I was paying cash like its my fault that it was so expensive they won’t allow 100 bucks well lower your prices then I have the cash that ain’t the problem go figure

The breadsticks seem to have changed. Not sure if it is just this pizza hut, but they are overly dark (like dark brown), and cruncy on the outside and not very soft on the inside like they used to be. This has happened the past few times I have ordered. Might just look for a different pizza hut to order from.

I just drove 30 minutes to Erie to get pizza from Pizza Hut and 30 minutes back because the one near my home has closed. I got home and discovered there is no sauce on the pizza. Like none at all. It’s cheese and bread. I will not be making that trip for pizza again, there are other options around.

Tried to order the free book it pizzas on the app for my 4 kids, can only do 1 per order. Try to do a second order and can only do 1 order per day. Call to just place an order at the store, apparently it’s an answering agency now that does orders, they aren’t even local. Took an hour to FINALLY get transferred correctly to the actual store where they placed a second order with the free pizzas.
So go back to the actual store answering the phone not an answering service.
