That cardboard pizza you always crave! It never disappoints, they have it ready in a flash. Library near by to enjoy a book and some pizza. Survived off them alone going to Sac City College.

So, I went to purchase cheesy bread for my lunch and there was an unhoused woman there she also purchased something she was in a wheel chair and needed help so I helped her because we all need up with something. And to my surprise the employees there were so nasty to her. Especially the little Mexican lad. He was looking at her with discuss on his face. I was like wow!!! To the point I had to say something to him because the lady was not rude, loud or disrespectful. I also asked to purchase some sauce. so I did, I waited for the your lady to put it in my bag, she looked me up and down and said you need something. I said yes, girl my paid for sauce. She was like oh, oh kinda laughed and give my item apologize and I moved on. This was a sad day of service. Honey’s treat people as you would unto yourself. Little Caesars do better please. I called in at 5:40pm to place an order that I needed ready by 6:15pm. I came in to pick up my order and had to wait until 6:55pm to receive my purchase. The lady in front of me was rung up for the wrong items and had to wait an extra 45 minutes because the cashier forgot to add a pizza to the order.
So, a recap:
I placed my order over the phone at 5:40pm and asked for it to be ready by 6:15pm.
It was not ready until 6:50pm.
I had places to be and was late because my order took over an hour.
What is going on?? I’m pretty sure the guy at the register was either new or in training, so where was a manager to properly assist him? I am thoroughly disappointed with the lack of coordination, and customer service I received today. I will not be returning to this location and am so upset with my experience.
Do not go to this location, unless you want your time to be wasted with terrible service.
The guy at the register did offer a free soda (which I appreciate), but it didn’t change the fact that my food was almost 40 minutes late and it took the kitchen over an hour to make a subpar looking pizza.
Sincerely, disappointed.

Not cool I been charged twice at this place. I bought pizza from here last night and I wanted a hot n ready. I’m guessing there hot n ready are 8.65 now? I thought it was more cheaper than that but I guess it’s not anymore. Not very happy being charged twice because when I asked the lady who works there which is the older looking lady with glasses if I’ve been charged twice. She said no then charged me the second time. I dont like how she lied to me about that and then charged me the second time. I dont think I will be coming back to this location at all

4 stars just because I think it’s overpriced. The pizza and crazy bread tasted great. The service and delivery were quick. The delivery driver (LeAndra) was super nice and quirky.
*I live near a bunch of pizza places, yet this was the only one that would deliver to my location. Makes no sense, but I’m grateful that Little Caesars delivered and didn’t disappoint.

There was a young lady there who was super pleasant and very excited to hear it was my 40th birthday. I don’t remember her name but I know she is hoping to become a teacher for young kids. She made me feel very special as a human, and not just a customer. It was around 4pm on June 30th. And whoever made my pizza in the back could have put that pizza on a commercial, it looked picture perfect and tasted even better than it looked. Deep dish with double pepperoni, no sauce, garlic butter, Italian seasoning and parmesan on top. My favorite. It’s like a giant cheesy bread

I go into this little Caesars in West Sacramento today for some crazy bead and not only did the drastically increase the price of $5.90 they tried to give me a stale bag the marinara cup they gave me was obviously used already. Lost this customer.

When I went here, the staff was so wonderful. Especially the lady at the front, Delania. She’s also caring and kind, made sure I had everything, and overall is great! Also the food is pretty affordable and good for the price. Highly recommend!
