Chicken too oily and not the good kinda oil either. Staff is amazing but quality definitely is not there for the cost. I would recommend local spots than these franchises. Cost is higher than local places and quality is not there either.

We went by tonight to pick up dinner- ordered the Caniac Combo with an extra tender. I thought the price was too low so I told my husband to make sure to confirm when we got to window. The order was entered as the box combo. The team at the Broad Street location were so friendly and fixed the order without hesitation and did not charge us the difference. Food was perfect too. Keep up the great work!

I came when they first opened this morning after Ben barber and ordered a 3 finger combo. Usually their food is very good but the chicken was overcooked and dark on the outside and the bread was also overcooked and darker. Not sure what was happening but disappointed since I expected a better experience.
