Not sure what happened here. Not a month ago this place was precise, fast, and consistent. Now, it takes upwards of 15 minutes to get through the drivethru. Even when ordering online, they make you wait. Don’t go here unless you’re ready to wait for sit-down restaurant times in the drivethru.

……..I ordered some nacho fries and yall literally put a DROP of cheese sauce in the cups……and then the burrito is thinner than a piece of paper….like do yall just not employ ppl who want to work. I would imagine that pouring premade cheese sauce into a plastic cup, isn’t that hard.

Order off the koski didn’t get a physical receipt. Staff gave me my order, and didn’t give me a cup for my drink. And just walked away. Had to call out to tell them, and they were acting deaf or confused. I ordered the 90s luxe box meal, which came with a drink, and I also ordered an additional taco. They didn’t put it in a box. I’m not sure why. They didn’t seem to want to be there. Get rid of them and hire someone else. Fire the manager, too. You can tell there isn’t any management there. You can also tell they could careless about the reviews.

The intercom speaker to take orders is stupid. It gets the order wrong half the time, repeats itself over and over and makes the whole ordering process so much more difficult. It’s not that hard to take an order, have the employees do it?? That’s what you hired them for.

The crunch wrap looks nothing like the picture and is very thin with not much filling. See the pictures I took and decide for yourself. Drive-thru employee was average. The place looked dirty from the window.

My review is based souly on the fact I can’t talk my old drive through random employee anymore on a late night out or quick decision lunch stop. HEY… A.I. is being trained not only for the customer interactions but pretty soon making the food as well, not kidding some restaurants have already made this move. Show why you deserve to keep your jobs guys cause on the horizon will be the longest bread line in history with A.I forcing a lot of customer service, stock/inventory warehouse workers followed by financial experts so yea keep praising A.I….the machines won’t have to rise up if we hand it over willingly.
