UPDATE: After emailing management regarding my order, I received a prompt and heartfelt apology from the owner. She took responsibility for her staff’s mistake, pledged to use this as a training opportunity, thanked me for letting them know and fully refunded my costs and store credit. I was incredibly impressed by the communication and amazing customer service. I look forward to my next Big Slice pizza soon!
Big Slice used to be my go-to pizza place. Ordered an extra cheese pizza with light sauce thru DoorDash. It arrived with no extra cheese, moderately burnt with lots of (now dried out) sauce. Not what I expect from a $30 pizza! I called the store but just got “Uhhhh I didn’t see any of the pizzas that went out, sorry.” Disappointed.

This is a very nice little pizza place. I must say that it wasn’t exactly classical New York style. I feel that classical New York style would be a chewy flexible crust that you can fold. This excellent pizza may start out that way, but it is then reheated in a way that makes the crust crispy. I actually really like the crispy crust. Anyway, excellent topings, delicious sauce, excellent service. Very clean restaurant with sports on the tv. Highly recommended.

Stopped by this place per recommendation while in the area and they did not disappoint.
The place is very clean the staff are very polite and didn’t mind educating on the menu and items available as I’m from out of town. Got few slices and 3 different knot varieties every bite was just what you would want.
The bathrooms are spotless even bigger plus, divining area was clean and friendly and calming.
It’s A plus experience for me everyone has their own experiences however if I was in the area wanting pizza and didn’t want to try a new place I’d come back here for sure.

Overall experience was pretty good. Staff were welcoming, pizza was good, I wasn’t a fan of the garlic knots. They aren’t as doughy/soft as I thought that would be so didn’t finish them but the pizza made up for it.

I ordered a large wings. Received 6 pieces of chicken with maybe 3 oz of meat for $17. The manager was very uncooperative. “Thats just what we do.” The pizza is a great value and I served 6 people with the 21 inch. I understand food costs, but no one is expecting what I received for the price with the chicken. They should remove it from the menu as it doesn’t match the rest of their menu values. Further, when a customer complains, offer something immediate to make things right.

Cool pizza spot. The slices were great and I enjoyed the atmosphere. The garlic knots could use some improvement since they were a little hard in the middle, but everything else was really good. I would recommend.

We’ve tried this local chain twice and they really have impressed me both times. A perfect crisp on the pizza, even when we bought a whole pie. Perfectly chewy as well. Very impressed!

It was not a great experience, to say the least. We walked over from getting our oil changed next door at Jiffy Lube. I ordered two 16 inch pizza’s and 5 drinks for around 60 bucks. (The price was fair, I think) However, that’s where things got, well, worse. We sat down, waited, noticed our cars oil change was done, my wife went and paid for the oil change and drove the car over just as the pizzas arrived. (About 15 to 20 minutes) Even that wasn’t the bad part. The pizza itself was the worst part. Well overcooked, with all three of my kids saying this is gross, this is cardboard, dad, I don’t want to eat this. Now picture three kids 7, 8, and 13, who would refuse pizza. But they did, and I couldn’t blame them it was awful, so we went home and cooked dinner. I do not recommend this place at all. We left well over a pizza just sitting there when we left.

One of the best pizzas I’ve had in this area. The crust could be smaller but either way was delicious. Staff was friendly and the pizzas are made to order, which is really important for me as I don’t like pizza that has been sitting there a while. Overall great experience,will repeat it soon.
