The food here is very delicious! I suggest trying their seasonal items, but their regular menu items are just as great. We always come here for special occasions and birthdays because of the great food and their ability to accommodate larger parties. The service is usually pretty slow every time we come, no matter who our waiter/waitress is, which would be my constructive criticism here. But other than that, the food is very flavourful, tender, and decent portions. I suggest trying their dessert, too. It never disappoints!

Came here tonight for our 9 year anniversary. Lately some of the restaurants have been poor quality food for the price, but this place was a relief for us. Good quality food and the price wasn’t horrible. On top of that our service was awesome, Danielle did an excellent job and she was funny. Thank you for a great dinner experience

The lighting was dimmer than I prefer but overall a good atmosphere. The service was impeccable. The caprese salad was stunning with excellent presentation. The Alfredo could have been better it seemed overly salted. The gnocchi was very good. The carrot cake was flavorful and the desert tray being shown to us was excellent.

Food just wasn’t very good. Sat at the bar. Service was fine. Caesar salads both had wilted lettuce, stale croutons and the parm was just rind. Hardly any dressing. The short rib arrived luke warm. Was chewy and undercooked. Broccolini was ice cold and had an off taste. Potatoes were good. Wife’s butternut squash ravioli was bland and also cold. Guessing the size of the menu makes it impossible to make things the right way. Place was pretty empty on a Friday night.

My friends and I just left the restaurant. Our reservations were for 5 pm. Our dinner should have been served no later than 6 pm. Our dinners came out at 7:15. When they arrived 3 out of 10 were sent back because they were burnt. 2 chicken ane steak. We all agreed that we would not be returning. This is the worst place we’ve ever been to! It actually needs a triple zero rating! Our server had to keep apologizing for the kitchens errors! Actually the server still received an automatic 18% gratuity!! He wasn’t a very good server either. When Alberini’s was on state route 422 in Niles they were top notch! The best place to eat! The only good food was the bread and the salads. Your establishment just lost customers that would return if the food was served to the high standards that Alberini’s is supposedly known for. Also need to mention that other guests at our table had lukewarm and cold food served to them. If your smart go eat at McDonald’s for a better meal and save $90.00! Shame on you Alberini’s!!

The wedge salad was a huge portion, which is usually a good thing. But it was so drenched in balsamic vinegar that not only was it sickeningly sweet and soggy, taking the leftovers home was futile. Threw them away in the bathroom.
But I was impressed with the service and the personal attention that Michael Alberini gave to our table.
I will definitely give them another chance. Salads might not be their forte.

It was my husband and I first time and everything was to the T!! The waitress we’ve had was top notched from beginning to the end (dont know her name but a Steeler fan as well if you can give her big kudos for us, she was phenomenal!! )!!
