Eden was indeed paradise right here in Rehoboth. The food and service were both amazing in this fine-dining eatery. They also have an extensive wine list. We started with the Grilled Sourdough. This delicious start to our meal included a unique combination of tomato jam, ricotta and honey which was bursting with flavor. I then sampled the Filet Mignon. The meat was cooked to perfection and was complemented with a generous portion of decadent, cheesy scalloped potatoes. We made room for dessert and shared the refreshing Key Lime pie which was a perfect balance of sweet and tart flavors. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout. You can’t go wrong here.

We really liked the restaurant. Our server was great, and we loved the atmosphere.
We started the meal with two apps: muscles and Oysters Rockefeller. The muscles were fresh and flavorful. They were cooked with a lot of smokey pork belly and gouda. The broth was so delicious. I had to dip!
While not traditional, the five Oysters Rockefeller were also good. Again with a lot of gouda. I missed the Pernod.
For entrees, my husband ordered the antelope and really enjoyed it! A rare treat to find on a menu. It was cooked perfectly. He loved the waiter’s suggested slightly peppery Zinfandel with it.
After reading great reviews, I ordered the halibut. The portion was plentiful and the presentation was quite nice (image). I really loved the lemon risotto and the garlicky green beans were also very good. The halibut had a delicious crusty skin, but unfortunately it was enough overcooked to make it dry and lose flavor.
We both enjoyed sharing a key lime pie for dessert.
We’d definitely return and I’d try the fish again, hoping it was cooked just right.

Boy, were we disappointed. Given the reviews and the attractive new space, we eagerly anticipated our night out.
My husband and I dine out several nights a week in the Lewes/rehoboth/ area, down as far as Fenwick to One Coastal.
The waiter was lovely. The room was freezing.
The food was either very salty (fried chicken) or just kinda gloppy.
The soup would have been the bright spot but it wasn’t hot. I’m not going to give a blow by blow description of each component that was a fail.
There are a dozen other places at this price point that I could happily recommend.

We any here for a nice valentine’s day dinner and they did not disappoint. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The charcuterie was excellent, and a perfect warm up to the main course. The creme brulee capped the dinner of perfect. Will be back!!

I enjoyed this restaurant and would go back, I gave 4 stars due to my flat bread being burnt. I love stone-baked and I don’t mind some burnt but it was too much. We all loved the crab lobster tower, yummy, our server was great but busy, it’s summer so giving grace. Would go back for sure.

If you can look past the stale decor (especially on the top floor), Eden is a great destination a superb beach-side dinner.

There are two levels. On my particular visit, we ate on the 2nd floor. Strange, white curtains and tablecloths. Super white and super bland. It wasn’t modern, it wasn’t sleek.

Luckily, the food and service made up for the ambiance.

Super accommodating & friendly server + support staff. Great team effort.

Great offerings for seafood & land lubbers alike. I wanted some fresh seafood, so I went with the scallops. So succulent.

Wonderful dining experience overall. Just ignore the curtains.

I was a little underwhelmed by my last visit to Eden. My wife made reservations on my birthday through Open Table, but the hostess clearly never read the reservation details as nobody ever acknowledged my birthday.
The meal started out great with the cocktails- I had the Forbidden Fruit and my wife had the Cool as a Cucumber.  Both were delicious and refreshing. Our appetizers were also great. We had lobster and crab fritters and the ceviche- both were excellent.
For dinner, I ordered the Antelope steak and my wife ordered the short rib. I requested the Antelope steak medium but it came out closer to rare- purple in the middle and it was inedible- endlessly chewy to the point where you couldn’t get a piece of the meat to breakdown in your mouth.
The waiter was very responsive and immediately asked if I wanted to replace it or get another dish. I asked for the scallops, which took a while to prepare.
In the meantime, we shared the short rib my wife ordered. This was a bone-in short rib, not de-boned like the preparation at their sister restaurant, Jam. The short rib was tasty but it was a mess to eat as you had to work to keep the bone, fat, and gristle separated from the edible food in dish.
While we waited for my scallops, we planned to order another round and we put the cocktail menu on side of the table. But instead of stopping to check in and take our drink order, the waiter just grabbed the menu as he hurriedly walked by. “Guess he doesn’t want us ordering drinks”, my wife said. So we didn’t.
When the scallops arrived, they were cooked perfectly but the grits that they were served on were undercooked- probably because they were trying to rush the dish out. They had the consistency of undercooked rice.
For dessert, we had the pan cookie- basically a chocolate chip cookie cooked in a pan with ice cream on top. The ice cream and sauce were delicious but the cookie was a weird powdery consistency- it didn’t stay together when we cut into it- it just crumbled into tiny pieces.
And, when the check came, the waiter forgot to remove the Antelope steak- simple mistake but just another miss.
I definitely won’t be coming back to Eden for a while, especially to celebrate anything special, which is disappointing as Eden is one of the better settings for a romantic evening.

Gem of a restaurant at the beach. You definitely need reservations. Booths are romantic. The food is great. Wait staff is attentive. Our friends who like in Rehoboth recommended this place. Excellent and will be back next beach trip.

Phenomenal watermelon and peach gazpacho, fresh fish prepared deliciously, our favorite sparkling wine Taittinger Domaine Carneros to celebrate my husband’s birthday, lovely to sit outside next to the garden of mini cherry tomatoes and herbs, and of course, great service from our waiter. This was our first time at Eden, but we will be back in late September to celebrate my birthday!

I made a reservation at Eden’s upon the recommendation of someone who frequently visits Rehoboth and it certainly did not disappoint! The atmosphere felt upscale, but comfortable and the service was top-notch. I had the daily specials (fried soft shell crab and grilled Dorade) both absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Rehoboth.
