The fish fry here is excellent. Had walleye now twice, and it’s so good; fresh, cooked properly. Amazing homemade fries and well stocked salad bar and homemade soup. Go out of your way for a fish fry here.

I am a well traveled guy. Been everywhere. Food is so awesome with homemade fries and fresh patties burgers and pricing is great. Wonderful hang out spot. So many nice locals and those that visit always leave saying such good things. I am so thankful Ginger took the place over and is making this a staple of the community.

I’m not a “bar” person, perse. This place has a lot of cafeteria style seating, and lots of left over decorations. The food is excellent, the ambiance could be better.

Responding to their comment, 3 of the 4 had 1 drink and I had two. 4 orders of fish fry. It was 180 without a tip. So, I guess I wouldn’t be surprised if someone messed up the bill, as it also took us 1.5 hours to get food because the cook “didn’t see our order.” So yeah, of course no discount or anything, and yes, with drink(s) and tip, 50 a person. (Way over what it should be)
