My husband took me to Terrace Room for my birthday and it was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had! Abby was one of the sweetest, most attentive servers I have had in a long time! She made me feel very special! The chef, Jonathan, came out to wish me a happy birthday, and the food was so delicious, it made me humbled to have met him! My beef tenderloin, Gamberi, arancini, brussel sprouts, and apple strudel di mele were unbelievable! I had a chance to speak with the manager, Jessica, at the end of my meal and she is another amazing, wonderful person! I could not be more impressed with the ambiance, food, staff, and experience!! Delicious food & great service! Loved the focaccia although did not love the up-charge for butter. Ravioli was great and appetizers were pretty good! I would love to come back and try more of their menu.

Request Tony, he was magnificent! I honestly don’t understand how he juggled 10 tables with such ease, but he did with the help of the very attentive busser and food runner. The entire staff is phenomenal… and the food was even better! Not one bad dish on the menu. Everything was seasoned perfectly, and came out piping hot. We started with the arancini and focaccia with anduja butter, then shifted to the ravioli, halibut, and amish chicken. Everything was so soooooo good! We ended with the tiramisu.. fantastic! Since we stayed at the hotel, we recieved a credit towards the meal which also added to the amazing stay we already experienced. This hotel, restaurant, and spa are such a gem in this town!!

Such a good place for italian fare. Everything was so delicious and elevated. The service was fantastic and attentive. No wait as we made a reservation beforehand (highly recommend doing this in advance). I was really happy with our seating on the patio since the weather was beautiful, but they also have an outdoor stone fireplace that helps keep you warm once the sun sets. We really enjoyed the Arancini, Carciofi, Ravioli Bandera, and the Tagliatelle.

My wife and I had dinner on Saturday night. The place was packed. I highly recommend NOT dining there during that time period.
Our servant was all over the place. He was working inside and outside. Hence, we did not get any attention. He only brought the drinks. took our order and brought the final bill. The rest of the time we had different people showing up
The food is good but a bit sloppy as the kitchen was overwhelmed.
House Salad was ultra light on dressing. The filet was ok but the potatoes were over cooked to the point it was impossible to eat. The sea food pasta was a hit. The tiramisu was a home run.
Overall, for the price you, I would expect a better service and food .

One of those dark bar restaurant that the rat pack would be at home. The menu is not large but you will find the normal fish, beef, pork, chicken, pasta, and vegetarian variety. Trendy for trendy sake. The appetizers are good especially the shrimp with nuts one. The beef tenderloin was one of the best I have had but it really disagreed with me later that night. Good selection of adult drinks. Not bad but just average for this type of restaurant. Little pricey unless you are use to Chicago places.

First visit, impressive ambiance and attentive service. The server checked in regularly without being intrusive, and the food was both delicious and beautifully presented. The ravioli had excellent flavor, with both the sauce and pasta well-seasoned. The eggplant parmigiana was equally flavorful and satisfying. Most items are reasonably priced. Well done!
