This is one of the best Ma and Pa restaurants ever! The Family Table restaurant is always nice and clean and I love their delicious meals and desserts. This is one restaurant I always have to stop at when I travel by it. You should too! They have amazing service and it’s a favorite of mine!

Great little hometown restaurant. My wife and I stopped in on our drive back home about three hours away. I had the chicken fried steak. The food was hot, cooked perfectly, tasted great, and seasoned just right. Our server was excellent and got our drinks refilled before they were empty. Very family friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant.

06/22/2018 – Food is decent. Onion rings are homemade but oily as anything. Friend ordered and got sick from eating some of them. So greasy. Burgers are really good. Dining area was chilly. Cheese balls were not homemade. My bacon cheeseburger was cooked from frozen state – not with fresh ground meat. However, burger was still good. Not the best but far better than McDonalds quality. Table next to us were loud and talking about castrating pigs. Price is rather on spendy side. 4 people paying $57. Likely would not eat at again. Only choose to eat at cause Pizza Ranch in town did not have Buffet open.

Menu items and Specials are way overpriced for the quality of food. Example – Chicken and Biscuits – the gravy had minimal chicken and it tasted like it was probably from a food service (blah) not home made.

Haven’t ate here in years due to previous poor service and food. Decided to try again today. Ordered the hand breaded chicken sandwich and half an order of onion rings. Paid over $17 for it. When I got to my vehicle I only had less than a handful of onion rings and they tasted reheated. They were nowhere near fresh and nowhere close to being a half batch. They were almost cold and I came within 10 minutes of ordering. Would not recommend at all.

10/20/23. Driving through on our way home. First you notice is parking lot is full of locals vehicles, always a good sign. Bulletin board in entryway has a number of upcoming local event flyers. It was seat yourself, server arrived promptly. Appetizer of fried pickles were delicious. Fish and chips and I had french dip with cheese. The roast beef in dip was very tender and well seasoned. Fish and chips fried nicely and no excess oil.
Would recommend, will stop again.

Wait staff was amazing. Kitchen incredibly fast for 7:30 on a Sunday. Food was hot, fresh and very good.
