Went in on the 22nd of October to get 2 Hot Chocolates they was the worst thing ever Not Even Hot or lukewarm Staff was not friendly at all. What a waste Iof money and time. Swiss Miss is a hell of a lot of better

Making this review after 4 years of going to this location. Horribly rude staff that just stare at you without greeting or welcoming in. The customers here are what make this location unbearable. It’s filled with entitled people of a certain race not moving when excuse me has been said, people rushing to take spots i had been waiting minutes for, followed by them yelling bc i didn’t let them steal my spot, (on numerous occasions this has happened to me) people who think they can take 2 parkings, people that will throw the door on your face after looking and seeing you behind them, and the elderly crowd that goes in on mornings and weekends…NO THANKS.
Now on top of all that THIS is the baby banana bread I got today and it sent me over the edge and the truth had to come out lol

I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks today! I stopped by with my five-month-old son, and the cashier was incredibly kind to him. It really felt like the whole team loved having him there! When I got my coffee, they even drew a little butterfly on my cup, which was such a sweet touch. The service was warm, friendly, and made my morning extra special. I truly appreciate the kindness, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Accurate, friendly and timely service. As expected from Starbucks chain. Plenty of seating with wifi availability. Plenty of parking as well. Tesla charging station is next door.

Hello. This is the second time I’ve ordered a matcha latte, and each time it’s been bitter and unpleasant. I end up throwing it away because it’s undrinkable. Please train your staff on how to make the drinks.
