My family has been coming here for years because the food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the serving sizes are generous. We usually get several super spicy authentic Chinese dishes, along with medium spicy dishes like mapo tofu, cumin lamb, twice-cooked pork, and non-spicy dishes such as walnut shrimp. Utah is lucky to have Fong!

Ordered the shrimp curry bento lunch special at ten dollars. Portion size was more than adequate. Sauces were delicious as was the food. Perfectly cooked and left me making satisfied sounds with each bite. A very good choice.

This is the best Chinese place I have tried in a while. Their food is full flavor and very authentic, great portion sizes and not pricey at all. I recommend the fried lamb w cumin, scallion pancake, and my wife got the sweet and sour chicken! We will definitely be back!

Wow, this was a very good Dining experience! My wife and I had a bento box, she had the sesame chicken I had the coconut curry chicken. We also ordered fried beef cumin. It was outstanding, really enjoyed it. Highly recommend! I will mention that with the fried beef cumin, all of the dried red chilies that were diced up, Did a part a good flavor, but was a challenge to eat because there were so many had to set them aside and you really couldn’t chew them, but the flavor of the dish overall was fantastic.

This was some of the best Chinese food we’ve ever had. Piping hot, soft real chicken, amazing sauces. The staff was so nice and prompt. Try the pon pon chicken, you will not be disappointed. Also got orange chicken, general tso, coconut curry. Loved it!

Fong had some definite things going for it. They have a bento box meal that includes an entree and three sides for under $12 and it’s plenty of food to feed two people. It was delivered hot and fresh. The lo mein noodles had a nice smoky flavor. The ham fried rice was delicious as well. The egg roll was pretty average but I enjoyed the cream cheese wontons. Some in our party didn’t like their oniony flavor but I thought they were really good. The orange chicken sauce was delicious but some of the chicken pieces were a bit tough. The cashew chicken was some of the best I’ve had.
The atmosphere at Fong is pretty basic – not a place I’d take a first date but fine for friends or a casual family dinner.
The hostess seated us right away, our order was taken quickly and the food was served hot and fast.

This place was referred by a super-friendly cashier at Smith’s (Lehi) named Travis – thanks Travis!! We finally made it to this place tonight. We gravitated towards the Bento Box section of the menu, as it gave us a lot of options to try a handful of entrees. For dinner prices it was excellent too! We had: General Tso chicken, orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, Lo mein, Ham fried rice, Mongolian beef, California rolls, and I also had to throw in a separate order of Dragon roll. We were pretty blown away with their Mongolian beef – it’s seriously the best we have ever eaten. ANYWHERE. The beef is super fresh, and not one piece of fat or grizzle. The flavor was superb! It’s prob my most FAV! The general tso and orange chicken were also fantastic – you can tell it’s made fresh, and it had the right amount of batter to it. Lo mein was also impressive, particularly that they don’t put too much cabbage in there (we like more noodles than cabbage!) so this was a HIT for us! Most Chinese restaurants have more cabbage than noodles in their Lo Mein, but not here! California roll and dragon roll were as expected – and they also had the option of having light soy sauce (aka low sodium) – also another sign that this place is doing it right. I had the privilege of meeting the owner, Walter. He is super personable, kind, relatable, and was just fun to have a conversation with! We gave him some feedback on the food and was super appreciative and just plain GENUINE. He really made you feel that he appreciated us as customers. In addition, our server was super attentive (Elissa or Elizabeth?) and had good feedback in regards to the food. Will def come back here and it has become one of our FAVS here in Utah County!
