The customer service at this location is TOP NOTCH! On my last order, the team noticed I always order pickles and pickle chips so they added a little container with a few extra pickles for me! The attention to detail is fantastic. Even when very busy, the team members are always friendly and communicative. I’m a big fan! Kudos to the entire Avon team.

Hands-down the best Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. Friendly, careful with our gluten allergy, Banter-y. Poor guy had been on the clock for 11 hours when we picked up a pair of sandwiches after Trick-or-treating with the kids, and he was cheerful and friendly to everyone in the shop. I know this is a new location, but hopefully the atmosphere never changes!

Ryan at Jersey Mike’s in Avon is the best sandwich maker out of any of the Jersey Mike’s. Not only did I get a sandwich, I got a work of art that was perfectly handcrafted, unlike any other Jersey Mike’s experience that I’ve had. If management is looking at this, you should definitely be proud of Ryan because he made my day and made the whole Jersey Mike’s experience the best one of my life. Employees like Ryan don’t come along very often, so I feel it’s necessary to give him a shout out.

Really have to commend the staff here with how they handle operations and create a really friendly atmosphere. Aside from making a delicious sandwich in an efficient, the staff asked me how my day was going & how I was doing. I didn’t expect that and haven’t ever had that encounter is a fast casual spot. Jersey Mike’s was founded in New Jersey in 1956 and now has approximately 3,500 locations. I’ve also been a fan of their sandwiches. First time I had it was in RI. This location in Avon is fairly new.
We placed an order online for pick up. I’ve ordered from here a couple of times now and both times were good. My current favorite is the chicken salad sub. They loaded it with so much chicken salad. I love the flavor and portions. Due to my great experience so far, they do deserve the 5 stars!
