Tacos Way was clearly in demand during my visit, with the dining room packed and a noticeable lunch rush in full swing. There was a short wait for the food, but given the volume of customers, it felt reasonable and well within expectations for a busy midday service.
When the food arrived, it came out hot and fresh, which immediately set a positive tone. The birria tacos were well-prepared and satisfying in texture, though they leaned mild and lacked the depth of spice that typically defines this dish. They were still enjoyable, just more restrained in flavor than expected. The asada fries, on the other hand, were a standout—generous, well-balanced, and genuinely very good. The guacamole served alongside them was smooth and well-blended, perhaps a bit more refined in texture than necessary, but still fresh and pleasant.
The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, and the salsa bar was a nice touch, offering a good range of options to customize the meal. Service was solid and attentive despite the crowd. The staff appeared understandably worn down by the lunch rush, but they remained professional and kept things moving efficiently.
Overall, Tacos Way delivers a reliable and satisfying experience. While some flavors could benefit from a bit more boldness—particularly the birria—the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the space, and the steady service make it a place worth returning to, especially if you’re in the mood for hearty, well-prepared Mexican comfort food in a lively setting.

Incredible food! Great protein portions. Pickled onions and other fresh toppings at their sauce bar. A++

The food is SO GOOD. I have ordered the Asada fries and churros twice, and it is delicious. I am definitely going to keep ordering from them.
Update: ordered take out again, but this time the meat in the tacos and burrito tasted like they gave us the last meat scraps left for the day. Also, we ordered churros but they weren’t included in the delivery. Disappointed.

The service here is amazing and they are super fast, however, the food is severely lacking. I ordered the Barbacoa plate and the Barbacoa tasted like bland, roast beef with lots of fat in it. The flour tortillas are store-bought. The beans and rice were just OK. I won’t be back.

First time visiting. It is a nice addition to the Lynn Haven area. I enjoyed the salsa/condiments bar. The homemade corn tacos are very tasty. I didn’t like the way they make you wait to get the drinks you ordered at the counter. That was weird. And my order came out incomplete, but it may be because there are a few things to work out…being they just opened recently. I would try it again. My street tacos were delicious. The chicken meat on my son’s nachos was delicious, too.

Really great Quesabirria Tacos. It’s been hard to find good ones locally, so we were stoked to finally find out about this place, and they lived up to the hype. The service is friendly, food came out fast, and it’s pretty conveniently located. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a really good barrio taco. My only request would be that they came with more consumé to dip into, but that’s probably true of anywhere. The elites were not that great, which was a bit disappointing – but they were certainly average. No worse than anywhere else we’ve tried, just not as ‘stand-out’ good as the barria tacos were.

I am glad I have two google accounts so I can leave two reviews. They never let me down. Great food, great staff, great prices. They almost always notice my little notes begging for more cilantro lol. I grew up eating fast food and it makes me sick now (good! It’s gross!) but this place never leaves me feeling like I ate a Big Mac. Feels healthier and more fresh. Thank you!! This is coming from someone who worked at the original Los Antojitos for YEARS (by the Hathaway bridge!) and spent months in Central America, and love this restaurant.
Estoy aprendiendo español, me encanta este restaurante, su personal y su comida y seguiré contándoselo a todo el mundo.

We went here for lunch. My husband got the Asada Fries and I got wings. Locally I compare all wings to Joe’s and there’s no comparison….but the fries were delicious! One portion was enough for both of us to share and we could’ve saved a few bucks had we shared. I ended up taking my wings home and eating his fries. The atmosphere is nice, half the TVs are in English and half Spanish. The drinks aren’t self serve and fresh condiments are out for the tacos. Everyone that works there is bi-lingual and super friendly. Overall, I would go back. Just not for the wings.
