Went to place an order at the window @ the drive thru and girl with the tattoo on neck place me onhold at the speaker for like 5 mins b4 she took my order but was on her cell phone the whole time. Guess that was more important than actually taking order.

We wanted the deal that was 20 percent off a large specialty pizza but they were trying to say they didn’t have it. When we arrived to the location, what do you know? The first thing we see is their poster for exact deal they “didn’t have”. Waited 45 minutes at the drive thru for the order we called ahead for. They charged us for the wrong order and the pizza wasn’t even ready when we arrived then asked for us to pay the difference after having us wait the entire time.

I used to buy pizza in this place when it was new in the neighborhood and it was good. Then after a few years I decided to go again, we entered to the restaurant and the cashier was kind of mad. She took my order, and I don’t know if she’s like that all the time was his face looked like she don’t wanted to take my order. Then after I ordered she didn’t even washed her hands to start preparing the food. And I was feeling my stomach like if I want to throw up. Then we asked her if we can use the restroom and she said that we need to wait to get the keys. We needed to ask her again 5 minutes later. And she send the other cook guy that was there. He was a kind person and gave us the keys. The pizza was okay but not good, and the wings were not cooked good, too much oil and had a bad flavor. After we finished we decided to leave the table clean and put all trash out side the store in a trash can. (They don’t even have a trash can inside) are you kidding me? Not coming back to this restaurant…

Our order honestly took forever for a pizza thats supposed to be ready so I figured it was the churros we ordered. I kept noticing the young gentleman dripped in “gold” laughing looking our way. Was expecting hot fresh food since the wait was so long. However. Our pizza was thrown into box and crust was folded over on crust end… No biggie didnt bother with a pic but now thinking I should’ve. We open the churros and they’re completely burnt. Not edible at all. I dont think its funny at all.

Do not come to this location on 4622 w commerce Street sweet111 San Antonio Texas 78237 they have rude workers, and when I tried to replace an order that they messed up on, I had the receipt and the name of the worker I spoke to that said that they would replace my order and the name of the cashier who took my order and they said that they weren’t gonna do anything about it and the pizza that they messed up wasn’t even fresh and it was burnt and I also went to this location for the first time a couple of days ago when I got the wrong order and I asked if y’all do military discount, they said yes and the time I went to replace my order, I said that y’all didn’t give me the military discount and they said I’m sorry that we do not do military discount and I’m sorry we will not replace this order when they said they would

I went kind of late at night to this location after placing my order online. Upon arrival there was an insane line already present for their drive thru (the store’s entrance was locked). After a 22 minute wait I get to the order station only to be told they didn’t receive my order due to their system being down and that it’d be another 45 minutes after I order (again)!!!! The staff were rude, inconsiderate, and didn’t look to be concerned at all about getting their orders taken and fulfilled. Is it THAT hard to let people know in the Texas sized line that the system is down or it’ll be eternity before they get their food? Of course it is, that’s why they work where they work. I’m never eating from ANY pizza patron location ever again.

I can’t even bare waiting in this establishment how can you wait so long for such a little order only to be given attitude when asking for how much longer I feel like as if my money gets taken here at this location and they can care less about how long a customer has to wait for such a simple small order like mines (1) Large pepperoni pizza. Where to start well i arrive to pick up my order to only have my entire order fall on the ground by the employee. My churros hit the floor and my pizzas hit the corner of the counter smashing them to the side of the box. Then the employee proceeds to say the chrros didn’t fall out of a open package and wanted me to feed them to my family. I couldn’t get a refund since I bought it online which is dumb and was offered another soda. I declined since I had to sub out my quesso sticks for chrros since they were out of quesso sticks. I haven’t been to this location in a while but now I can remember why.

I ended up walking out leaving my wallet in the bench inside store and the cashier (looked like manager) stated that he had seen it and immediately grab it and put behind the bottom counter shelf. He literally was my angel; almost started to crying while thanking him sm, After almost leaving it for close to 30 min I was so thankful and happy to still have ppl out there that will do the right thing. Nowadays things are different and most likely someone would’ve grab it n not return it to the cashier. This man even looked like and reminded me of my father who’s in heaven, he had a lot of the same similarities and features of my dad n I truly wanted to give him a thank you hug. The pizza was great and being it a walk in order I didn’t have to wait that long. Just thought I mentioned what happened today.
