I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at Burger King. I had to wait 15 minutes for my order, which is already way too long for fast food. But what made it worse was finding hair in both my hamburger and my French fries. That’s completely unacceptable and unsanitary.
If customers are expected to wait that long, the food should at least be fresh and handled properly. This experience really makes me question the cleanliness and management at this location. I won’t be coming back unless serious improvements are made.

I’m never the one to write a review, but every time I visit this location something goes wrong. Almost every time the drinks do not have the lids on all the way. That’s besides the point. Tonight I got pulled. No big deal because I wanted my French Fries fresh. I waited for over 10 minutes until one of the employees came out and asked if I had a mobile order. I did not. I only had one combo. So after I watched the employee wonder around the parking lot with the food, I went inside with the receipt. I was trying to tell them why I got pulled, but they quickly brushed me off. They eventually gave me my food, but my fries were not fresh and that’s the whole reason why I got pulled in the first place. They need to have a better pulling system, because clearly this is not working for them. I understand mistakes happen, but something always happens at this location.

I was surprised to see an extremely short line in the drive thru (2 vehicles ahead of me) …now I see why. Not only they got a simple order wrong, but they give me 3/4 of the fries. Chicken sandwich No Mayonnaise, only lettuce. Got the total opposite instead. Time to turn around and get it fixed. While in the car I looked inside and thought that maybe the rest of the fries were loose inside the bag. Nope! To top it off I noticed they got a B on their score by the window.

I was so happy, with this trip… I bought me a whopper jr.meal and I got in my truck and left my on the top and pulled off. When I realized it I parked and asked the wonderful lady if I could replace it and she did! no fuss , she didn’t tell me that not her fault, she just smiled super big and handed me another cup! Oh…. The fries where fresh!

I went through the drive through around 7pm. I paid for 2 jr whoppers on a potato bun and a Bacon King, two medium fries and two medium cokes. I only received 1 whopper Jr and that whopper jr was on the wrong bun. I have celiac disease. A gluten allergy. Meaning the company made me very sick and took my money. They also asked me multiple times if i had gotten my drinks or paid. This particular fast food restaurant is below par and not worth your time nor money.

Came through drive thru, they messed up my order, luckily I remained in the parking lot and checked before I left. Went back in the drive thru and the girl at the window kind of had an attitude because I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and they gave me a single. When she handed me the bag, she said with an attitude, “don’t you want to confirm we didn’t get it wrong” which I felt was a bit rude since I already told them what they got wrong.

Always have fresh and hot food made fresh my only complaint is tonight the sweet tea was old and tasted sour and I went back in and they replaced my drink with no questions asked and made sure I was happy great job you guys keep up the good work

Seriously could be the WORST bk of all time. They served me a chicken sandwhich so greasy that you could dump the wrapper out. Drinks and frys all half full. Young girl working the window was beyond rude and when I asked about drinks and frys the young boy behind the girl laughed and said I told you so. So they clearly knew it was wrong. Sad… Ill never return.
