Whit’s is simply awesome. It’s always packed, especially on summer nights where the town looks beautiful. Last night was no different. The staff are excellent and the service is super fast. They’re also super friendly. All of them deserve high praise because I’ve never seen a single one of them slacking. We’ve never had a single bad experience since we’ve visited over the course of 10 years. I 100% stand by that statement. As far as the flavors, there are standards. We love the Buckeye Madness that’s available every day. My personal favorite is Almond Joy. Unfortunately, that’s on a rotating menu and only available, maybe once a month. My only wish is that it was on the menu more because it’s perfection. Overall, the place is. When I bring people into town, they love this place. Some of my friends even considered moving to Lebanon because of it. If any of these staff members are reading, with the hard work you put in, you are going to have bright futures.

Old time frozen custard.
The product is great, the location, not so much.
If you want to enjoy your frozen treats on the premises, you have three or four seats inside, or move along to the back parking lot and grab a picnic bench. The layout inside is consumed mostly with the service/work area and the customers are left with a small corridor from the front register to the rear door.
The custard is great, however, and the staff is as invested in the end product as was I. The person making my mix saw that my cup was a little short as he was about to serve it, said “that’s bogus” and went back to top it off!

Although quite understandable… They are open starting March until December.
Often full and always delicious, it is rare to come here and not have a line at the ready.
It’s okay on the line issue as they are fast to serve. The menu is massive I’d suggest choosing from the specialties. The difference in Custard and Ice Cream is dependant on the simple fact that custard has egg yolk whipped in it to give the creamy texture… Whits is delicious and you really don’t get the “chain” effect even though they are dotted through Ohio.

Lebanon is a quiet and quaint little town. The frozen custard at Whit’s is anything but quiet and quaint. It is bursting with flavor and creamy goodness.
Prices are fair and portions are more than reasonable. Rich, but not overly sweet, the ice cream accurately represents the flavor you choose. It also contains healthy portions of the ingredients in it’s name (almond joy is full of almonds and chocolate).
Whit’s does a daily and weekly flavor. I can’t say that I’ve had a bad one. My favorite is still the egg nog that I had last year. Mix that with the chocolate and it’s like magic…yin and yang.
This is a place that is staffed by younger workers…kids in high school; all are attentive and polite. As you walk through the building you can tell that the owners care about their staff and community. So if you’re in the area stop by and give this custard a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Lot’s of hype for Whit’s… And they actually delivered for the most part. The custard was amazing and toppings were good. Customer service was top notch. Only reason they get 4 stars is because we drove there for the flavor of the day… And sign was

Amazon experience done right. The teenager employees were friendly, helpful, patient, quick, professional. We ordered two whitsers (large and medium) and they were perfect…. Made with enough toppings and mixed all the way through. Some ice cream locations (including Whits locations) sometimes doesn’t mix the toppings all the way through. It’s clean and quick. Smaller space/store. Flavor and toppings tasted like they should. Their praline pecans tasted the best compared to 3 other Whits locations I’ve been to. Parking available in front.

Best frozen custard we have had since moving to Ohio! As a Wisconsin native, our standard of excellence for frozen custard is pretty high and Whit’s delivers! Love that they have a weekly and a daily flavor which gives you more options to choose from. We will definitely be back and encourage you to give it a try if you have not already!

This is, by far, the best ice cream place in existence. I’m not even a huge ice cream fan.. like Ross, on Friends, I think it’s too cold. But I take my family here all the time. Their concrete is 10x better than any blizzard in existence. And the flavor of the day and week options ensure you’re trying everything they have to offer. Quick service and we’ll priced. The only down side is, when I get a waffle cone, they put too much ice cream on it. Weird complaint, I know, but who eats that much ice-cream? The cone is big enough. You dint need a 5 inch tower of ice cream on top of it. Lol.
