Came to this location after the other location nearby didn’t have the Carolina Crunch. The food was good! I wish I could say the same about the service.
The staff appeared to be only 3 crew members at 6 PM on a Sunday. We ended up having to order through the mobile app before we were even acknowledged… how sad.
These stores are poor representation of Corporate locations. And to hear this is a training location… nothing about our experience said that.

Drive thru was really quick and convenient. Service is friendly most of the time except for when this older white woman is there. She huffs and puffs if you ask her for any condiments. It’s happened on several different occasions. She must hate her job.Other than that, everything else was great.

If I could zero stars I would! In town and had a Bojangles craving because it’s the best in Charlotte. I ordered ahead because I didn’t want to deal with the AI robot at the drive thru, and that was my first mistake! I came in and had to flag down an employee to state that I had a pickup order and it took them 20 minutes to bring out two combos…saw them service several other drive thru and pick up orders and never get checked on or notified of when my food would be ready once. My food came out late and cold! Avoid at all costs!!!

Well run oiled machine. Complete with AI drive thru service. Only one morning did they forget to put utensils and napkins in my bag with my breakfast bowl. I was Not happy about eating that cheesy greasy mess with my fingers before church that morning. Jesus saves!

Ordered a 12 PC family supreme meal. My 2 sides were the fries. Got home and my fries were burnt, hard as hell and had no seasoning. For $40 I would appreciate if I could get my food cooked right. Can’t believe they even served them knowing they wouldn’t have ate them.

Just going to say this once and this is a copyrighted statement. Lol but seriously. Order a 4 piece supreme combo with Mac & Cheese as the side. And bo sauce. Don’t forget the bo sauce. Go home add some salt, pepper and smoked paprika to the Mac
Take 2 tenders put them on your biscuit with Mac and cheese not all of the mac but some. Take the other 2 tenders break them up and put them in the rest of your Mac and cheese bowl and you will have a solid meal. You’re welcome

Bojangles should be a shame of themselves. My daughter got her food from Popeye’s and look at the photos comparing Bojangles vs Popeye’s chicken tenders meal. Popeyes tenders were twice the size of Bojangles. And her Popeye’s meal cost less than mine.
