More importantly, their commitment to service recovery is flawless. When an issue did arise, they fixed it immediately and without question, demonstrating a genuine dedication to the customer experience. Orders were remade promptly when needed.

So good… I’ve been ordering from this location for 6 years. If I had a complaint they fixed it no problem. I will say within that 6 years maybe had 2 or 3… Remade it if needed. I called my order in after online service was a headache. I will say the guy who took my order was very nice and pleasant. My issue is the timing and quality of food. In picture I got the new 5 cheese dip with bread, speciality chicken bites, medium pepperoni pizza, and I also ordered bread knots. Bread was dough and soaked in butter. Pizza was sloppy, half stuck to top. Chicken bites were burnt, stuck to the foil liner. The dip was another pile of grease, with enough for only one person to have a few pieces. Only reason I did not call to complain to store was fear of would be the same. I asked my family to give this place a try(first time) and I’m now ashamed.

When I received my pizza, the pizza box was smashed and the pizza was stuck to the box. Called and notified worker. She had A VERY BAD and stated she didn’t have any orders for the name I gave her. I called back and verified the order number and address. She stated that a pizza would not be ready for a while but they will bring it and GIVE THE OLD PIZZA BACK to them (By the way my son has already ate a slice) . I’m very upset because I paid money for a pizza and got an attitude because it was delivered smashed. Services are terrible and would NOT recommend ordering from this dominos.

Casually eating my pizza and noticed hair. As you can see it clearly looks like male beard hair. I immediately called to inform them. The guy said “ok….what do you want a credit or for us to remake it” I said no I don’t want the pizza you can come pick it up and give me my money back. He put me on hold with out notifying me so I thought the phone when out. I called back he had someone else pick up. I asked for him he takes the phone and continues to be rude. I said are you the manager he said “yes” I said well I would like to speak to your manager because you’re rude. His response was “I offered you a new pizza or a credit what more do you want”
Then the “general manager” gets on the phone and is just as rude and says that I can’t be refunded but I can have a store credit. What makes you think I want more food from you after I found hair and you’re not even apologetic regarding it. The worse customer services I’ve ever experienced. I fed this to my child!!

Not only did the order time total take 1hour and 48 minutes. Waited 15 minutes on hold, just to be hung up on. Then I decided tp go get the order, Pizza comes cold as can be. Picture for how the actually cut their Pizza. Worth the drive to one that cares about their customers ♀️
